don't forget the 20 episodes it takes for TiM to reach 100% power or the additional 15 so shep can charge his thanaix cannon
Nice try, but no woman as classy as Jack would be caught dead with a disgusting Krogan.
. Jack is also the most powerful human biotic
In one of the novels I think they mention another human biotic who's capabilities are well, beyond even Asari level. (Gillian Grayson, most note worthy feat flinging a boy 20ft across a cafeteria, and lifting a 6 ton forklift and dropping it on a Cerberus Commando.) but yeah I want to say a Biotic Jump is definitely more feasible and would be a nice little new bit of lore given to us.
She's only classy when you're around. Out here she's pure Krogan.

Your plague-ridden Krogan eyes are mistaking a varren for mai waifu.
I'd also prefer that the biotic (or at least the adept) classes be unencumbered by bulky tech (and armor, for that matter) on the field.
I don't think flying is feasible, but levitating short distances sounds perfect.
It would also be pretty great if biotic abilities are occasionally recognized during cutscenes.
I still say we need a biotic choke dialogue optionI'd also prefer that the biotic class be unencumbered by bulky tech (and armor, for that matter) on the field.

As a VANGUARD i want to be able to CHARGE flying to the end of the map with ONE charge
BOOOOM!
Not unless your main character is an asari Matriarch or at least an asari commando this is never gonna happen especially with the whole human story thing

Technology advances all the time, if there is something the reaper war was good for, than it's the development of new weapons and a deeper
understanding of biotics, the sheer desperation was enough of a motive to invent new stuff. (i.e. all the new human biotic classes on the MP)
Better understanding and mastery of biotics is easily explainable after this.

LOL, just because the Protheans gave the Asari natural biotics (I still consider that it was Thessia's ezo-environment) doesn't mean they're considered god-tier biotic users.
Especially with the advancing and utilized pressure put into Biotic Amps, I can see biotics taking a huge turn in the near future. Seeing the great lengths each species has gone to ensure that the state of biotics in a certain faction reaches it's full potential.

What makes Asari such potent biotics is more than just raw potential, it's their longevity.
Even a relatively young Asari can have a few hundreds years of experience in the art. (Also true for Krogan battle-masters like Wrex)
Still, technology and understanding usually improve with time.

That character's biotics are so strong they cured her autism and aged her 5 years in 2 years time.
Goddamn it, just as I had nearly scrubbed the last vestiges of Deception from my memory.
I would give it to the Battlemasters on this one. Going with what you said and their structural superiority, if anything, they're the deadliest Biotics.
Dunno, even if the Asari have the longevity, their physique can't withstand pressure as much as another species could. So I can't see them at the top.
You've both got it all wrong. Quarian biotics were so destructive that we banned them centuries ago because of the damage done to the fabric of the space-time continuum.
Nonetheless, some say that the dark energy destabilizing Haestrom's sun was the work of a fabled quarian biotic.

By the power of Kai Leng, you shall never look upon a box of cereal without remembering the literary rape that is Mass Effect Deception! Cower beneath it's awful, IQ-sapping might and know for all eternity that there is NO God!

Oh god, it's happening. My envirosuit is being replaced by hobo rags and leather straps already.
People thought the ME3 writing was as bad as it gets? Imagine the carnage if Schlerf were replaced by William C. Dietz. RGB? How about a cure for being gay, and growing out of autism?
Biotic flight would be cool and I suppose it would not be out of the question to have a slow fall biotic ability for Biotic characters.
TL;DR: Basically there could very well be a reason why you can't "fly" in ME:A, and that is that it takes energy to use biotic powers so its prolly just better to use a jet pack anyways.
I think the answer is fairly simple. The entire nature of the game would change if any one class could seemingly fly. Flying in general would become a way to undermine a lot of what the game is trying to offer in the form of challenging combat, or problem solving. Remember Mario Bros 3, remember getting one of the P Wings, remember how it pretty much killed any reason to ever not fly on a stage that didn't confine you to a boxed in area? yeah now just expand the scope to ME universe and i think you'd quickly see why this isn't the way they want to take exploration in the game.

Obviously there have to be limits to how high the jetpack will take you? If that's the case then fall damage could be a real factor unless they build in a mechanic that dampers fall damage??? I just hope ME:A stays away from Uncharted like action sequences.
