Reapers as villains, no.
Originality please?

Well I would say we don't know how big their trap actually was but we obviously destroyed their main and most important hub, their AI that controlled them. So to say the least however big their web was its influence is now gone. But I am sure Reapers will only be limited to MW galaxy and for obvious reasons at that.
But in the back of my mind, I sorta want us using Reaper Technology that brings us conflict in Andromeda like the galaxy has a history with Reapers. The race of Andromeda built its defense network to detect Reaper Tech and since we were put on a Reaper Tech evolution I would assume that is what causes our conflict. Would be a fun scenerio at least if not the main reason we get into conflict lol.

Milky Way - Not-so-bad organics fight for survival against bad synthetics trying to perpetuate their order.
Andromeda - Not-so-bad synthetics (or rather, organics evolved to a higher synthetic level) fight bad organics (or rather, organics devolved though something? What are Khet? I dunno anything!)
Anyway, I think you get the gist. We trying to establish order and the ungrateful natives just suck. Insert colonialism lessons blah blah 'we're smart but why would we think that everything we have to offer them is enlightening and we're good but why do we not think that we're not the ones being bad sometimes'.
Not exactly sympathizing with Reapers but seeing a bit of different perspective.
I think it'd be cool that we do find relatively 'chaotic' technology used by others that we have to try to adapt to because its so very new. Or even return back to bringing up megaorganics and their potential. I did hear that the ME devs regretted not using the Thorian as much as they could... and Leviathan DLC certainly is at least a big, perhaps biggest portion of content that focuses on organic evolution (and I tend to theorize that DLC is a form of testing concepts for future games).
