God I am soo frelling sick of all these stupid preorder bonuses.....

Why the frell should some of us who prefer a hard copy of the game or got it for the 360 get screwed outta some kickass weapons/armor?!?

I mean my local GS stopped taking preorders for the CE version before Nov. ended, so I got screwed outta that and had to get my copy from EA, and managed to trade of my Inferno armor for the GS code....

But damn... First DAo now ME2....

EA is making a mockery outta the dlc on BW games.... (of course seeing as they are locking ingame content on some of there new games for a month..... unless you preordered the games) its not like I should be shocked.

Seriously, stop acting like a spoilt little child... you remind me of that kid in Charlie and Chocolate Factory. I can imagine you now slowly turning into a big blueberry as you fume and rant about not getting all the cake.

I agree with you in the sense that if you buy from EA, you should receive ALL available content. Funny how Gamestop had better stuff than EA. Go figure.

I was told that the M-29 was available as DLC via xbox live if you're using the 360. Can't confirm.

You know I dont really give a damn about the armors, I just want the weapons... And what really makes no sense is why Gamestops preorder has armor and a weapon... and EA's only had armor.



I mean WTF, if one they should be equal, 1 armor 1 weapon... But its more then just that....

Its frelling redonkulous that there should be so many different preorder bonuses. That was an issue with DAO as well because people wanted a certain preorder item and could not get the one they wanted.

I am all for preorder bonus, but they should be the same! no matter where you order from.

to be honest i think they should have just made it dlc, i wanted the sniper rifle and recon hood as well as the special edition, but not the digital copy

DLC armor/weapons are such a terrible idea to begin with. I want to get equipment by playing the game, not by paying for it or shopping at the correct store.

what about if DLC weapons were merely thrown in along the general course of the game? I mean there are long draws where you don't find any weapon. And there is a prefrence towards AR users considering theres more of them then any other weapon not to mention their recieved as early as possible (along with the one and only other handgun)

I would perfer future weapons to be merely introduced as weapons to be found throughout missions. Like the Evicerator Heavy shotgun we get with the next DLC.


Would also be nice if  more characters besides Legion and Grunt had exclusive guns.

I agree that preorder bonuses should be released for free, with the exception of the Collector amor/AR, since that's a CE bonus. Hell, according to the artbook, the Blackstorm was a part of the game purposefully removed so that Gamestop would have its very own bonuses.

dont be mad, you are not missing anything special. i can understand the desire to have everything available though

The biggest complaint for me is that fact some of the DLCs are regionbound. Like the Dr Pepper codes. You who live in America has an chance to get some codes when we in Europe, mainly the nordic countries doesn´t have the same possibilities. The chances to get DLCs should be equal for all. Dragon Age handled it better with it´s flashbased game Dragon Age Journeys there these who wanted it could get through the game and get DA items.

But, of course, these item DLCs doesn´t have any impact on ME2 but the chances to get DLCs should be equal for all.

From what I've heard from people who have it, it's weaksauce to use yourself, but it is powerful in the hands of allies.



It'll probably become DLC at some point, but I find it strange they haven't given us the option to buy it yet. =o

You DO realize no one outside the grand ole US of A has official access to the Dr. Pepper promotions? All of Europe (which includes more than just the descendants of the norse) has it just as bad as you. Though you could look around for the threads about reusing codes if you want those visors.

The Incisor Rifle is perhaps the rarest DLC item in ME2. A shame really its not available for all to use. It is supposedly very deadly in the hands of teammates and with good reason; unlimited ammo and 3 round bursts each bullet doing 53ish damage.
