The things i would like to change/fix are

1 No more court approval in Wicked Eyes an Wicked Hearts very annoying

2 That some of the shards books and other stuff were easier to get

3 That you would run over loose stones a little easier and not get stuck behind them and jumping is not helping anymore

4 That you would run faster when armed with a weapon especially for a mage or rogeu

5 That this was not such a pop up game because on Xbox one this is the worst pop up game i have ever played

Expand the main quests, probably with meaningful sidequests and easy-to-access background information (not scattered notes under tables and chairs) about the events and the major characters (most of the mage-templar war and orlesian civil war is detailed in novels, and the game should not rely on these to present us a storyline).

War table overhaul - much more of these quests should have a playable part, it would surely help to fill those vast empty areas and connect the redundant, optional ones more to the main story.

More involvement from the villains - in Origins we were shown quite often what Loghain is currently up to, in DA2 Meredith and Orsino were also in the middle of everyting that has happened in the game. I'd love to see more Corypheus-Calpernia/Samson scenes.

More cinematic dialogue - it may seem like a small or unnecesarry addition, but the varying camera angles, gestures, etc. make the conversations so much more natural and overall better.

Fort overhaul - taking over forts from bandits and blood mages should be a more large-scale confrontation, with some planning and troop positioning involved (maybe and RTS-like minigame?), instead of 4 dudes bashing in the castle door and killing everyone, working their way up to the commander. Also, fort customization as it was promised in the alpha - forts for garrison troops, or spies or providing shelter for traveling merchants.

More visible Inquistion presence - random encounters, where soldiers are fighting bandits, beasts, demons, helping refugees, building/renovating structures etc.

More larger cities and an expanded Val Royeaux.

An option to be a dividing figure/tyrant/religious fanatic.

Tac cam fixes, so it no longer has to take the stairs to reach elevated postions.

Make the large optional areas like the Hissing Wastes and Forbidden Oasis actually connected with the main story (so basically no longer optional).    It was annoying that we were told that the Venatori were seeking something important to Corypheus in both places and yet ultimately whatever we found there, while useful, had no bearing on later encounters.   Not only that but if you did these areas before the final encounter with Corypheus, plus all the other optional quests, then your level was really too high to make him a challenge.   He barely has a chance to throw insults at you before he is put down.   The only time he proved a challenge was when I rushed through the first time and stuck mainly to the main plot.    However, doing those areas after completing  the main plot means that certain individuals are no longer available to you, plus every time you return to Skyhold you get no further interaction with your companions.   So it was preferable doing everything first.

Cut down on the number of Collection items.    Why so many bottles of Thedas?   I really couldn't see the point of them and it was irritating how the search circle would light up, a companion would draw your attention to it and yet when you finally got to the item, it was yet another bottle.      They seemed everywhere and yet I have still to find all the mosaics, which at least had some interesting codices attached.

If Hawke is not left in the fade, she/he becomes a companion. Or at the very least, Hawke shows up to help fight Corypheus in a support role similar to what he/she did when attacking Adamant Fortress

Another is to fight the ugly thing and have both Warden and Hawke survive

Yes i don't see the point of those bottles either why not something more interesting that you could find. And i agree with you on the mosaic part

Well:

I would first of all have Cory win and beat you to the Eluvian/ Well of Sorrows in the Temple of Mythal.  The Inquisition had two big victories at the Winter Palace and Adamant, time to put them down a notch and have them actually lose once.  This would set the final confrontation between the Inquisition and him in the Fade, maybe involving the Nightmare Demon, an army of Demons, Hawke/ the Warden, and fight near the black City.

Change the requisitions system where instead of power, you get gold.  You have third parties asking the Inquisition to do tasks for them and fullfill orders, you get gold out of it in response.  Varrying depending on the mats and trouble and importance, etc.

Replace the Rogue focus talent with a 'Precision striking' that gives you and your party 100% crit chance/ damage etc.

Probably add a couple more main quests.  One where you investigate events after the big choice in IHW/ COJ where you discover who Corypheus is before his attack on Haven.  Plus another one where you go to the opposite location of the one you recruited to discover the consequences of your choice.

That would be okay with me to let him win a victory for once

Also give the ability to have the War table do. help with side quests.  Maybe weaken the defenses of some of the Keeps you take in the game for instance, and have some sort of resource meter.

That's it nothing more ?

That's the thing that bugged me the most with the game. I could probably think of some other minor things, but it would all be small localised issues like -

- Pretty dress for the ball

- Solas says he begged you not to drink, when he did no such thing

- What's a Mythal?

- Some other post-ball dialogue with Solas really didn't fit for a Dalish elf

You know you could use the Inq to find supplies throughout the world, but the yields were (usually) criminally low.  You should have gotten 20-30 units from each mission rather then the...at most I think I saw like 12 once.

I could probably come up with an expansive list, but I'll just bring up the things that come to mind off the top of my head.

1. Expanded main storyline: Corypheus should have had more appearances and more successes to maintain his sense of threat. The Mage-Templar war should have been threaded through the storyline rather than shuffled off in the first act. The Orlesian Civil War and its actors should have been more fleshed out prior to WEWH. A better climax, Corypheus throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of nowhere was a letdown.

2. Shorter war table mission times and generally more connection between the war table and visible effects.

4. Skyhold never got fixed

5. Fewer collectibles

4. A better Val Royeaux

5. Dresses, my Inquisitor wanted a ball gown damnit :(

Reading Heimdall's post and the several others wanting ball gowns for their Inquisitors I could just see Kara walking down arm and arm with Gaspard, dressed in a low cut very fine dress...only to trip and fall half way through.

It would have been interesting, in that vain to, to give you a main quest in the Exalted Plains and make it a requirement for opening the Wicked Eyes and Wicked Heartts, the mere reason the Inquisition gets invited to the talks in the first place was they bought peace to the Plains.
