In the Creator Ruins (in the past), there is a table in the southeastern corner of the map that supposedly has a few vials of powder in it. I clicked on the tabe and got a message, but that's it. I bashed the table till it fell apart, but the powder was not there. I need the powder to finish that riddle. I was thinking of going back to the present time and use the pool at the Tyr Temple, but time crystals are a one-use deal, and I don't want to be stuck somewhere and can't finish the game. Can anyone help me?

If I recall, you don't get the powders in the past.  You just learn the answer to the puzzle in the past.  Everything you need should be available when you come back to the present.
