I truly applaud bioware for creating such a realistic universe in mass effect, but there a few ways it can be taken to the next level. Here are some ideas.

1. Have npcs constantly moving around. Now I'm not sure if on current gen consoles if they can pull this off. But it would be great to see npcs always walking around. If you notice in the mass effect trilogy any new area you explore, or even on the Normandy, everyone is always standing in the same place. Basically saying the same thing. (C'mon let me in) that should ring a bell. Wouldn't it be awesome if when your on the Normandy and you go into the restroom and someone is already in there. Just completely random encounters with crew mates as well.
