Would, for example, a female blight wolf have the chance of becoming a broodmother and making wolf-like darkspawn? I get that gameplaywise there wouldn't be enough difference between said darkspawn and blight wolves, but is there any confirmation or denial elsewhere?
Animal or plant broodmothers?

no they are not become ones, just ghouls who are slaves of darkspawns...broodmothers need to be created via darkspawns things-ritual with females of elf, human, dwarf or kossith races
Werewolfs too are not becomes broodmothers, but we do not know about how they can infect others to becomes werewolfs or blighted werewolfs if they are blighted themselfs..so they are dangerous to live

The Taint might be able to drive ghouls to perform the ritual, but we don't yet know exactly how the "song" works so I'll concede that point.

If that could actually work, the darkspawn would have done it by now. It seems they're limited to twisted mockeries of the four sentient races: humans, elves, dwarves and qunari.
