I bought DA II a long ass time ago, had legacy / black emporioum

These were registered to my BSN account, didn't even have an EA account

I tried to log into the BSN account, wouldn't let me, and when I try to retrieve the password EA doesn't regocnize the email I used to register here all those years ago since the account doesn't exist (?) However I still see all my old posts and stuff in here (used to have the display name fukairi)

 

Tried to re-install it now, got it done to the point where the game requires me to log in. I tried my old account, doesn't exist. Logged in with this EA account, alright. Can't register the game coz it's registered to that old ass account.

 

Help me I just want to play I don't even care about the dlcs like just lemme play this physical copy that I've had for like 5 years

 

 

So question would be how to link these two accounts?

I believe the accounts can be linked.

 

You'll either have to wait for a staff member to answer, or you can try contacting EA Support by phone. I don't know if EA Support can actually link the accounts, but from how often I've noticed this issue come up, they should definitely have with a system for addressing it.

I think you can ask for EA support in this case.. 

 

Open a chat with a game advisor and I believe that it shouldn't be difficult for them to solve your problem. I think that if they cannot merge the accounts at least they will help you validating the game somehow.

Your BSN account uses an EA Account to authenticate. The same way you can log into websites with a Facebook account you can log into many EA websites using your EA Account.

If you are able to log into the BSN or the forums you should be able to log into any other EA site that uses an EA account for authentication.

If you don't remember your password you can have it reset on this page:

It will allow you to enter either the email address your account uses or the EA ID of the account. Note that the EA ID is not the same as your BSN name or the name everyone sees here on the forum but what you would see in the Origin client when you play a PC game.

As for merging accounts we can merge forum accounts, as in move your posts from one account to another, but for anything else you would need to talk to EA Help at https://help.ea.com/.
