I bought a Reserve Pack using real money yesterday, it worked fine.

Second attempt didn't work due to invalid credit card (probably the company blocked it for security reasons).

Later I tried again and I noticed that I had already bought other 2 packs (money was discounted from my PS Wallet) but I didn't get 2 of those packs.

Anyone know how can I contact Bioware about this? It's not much money but I'd like to sort this out as I might want to buy again if I can be sure it'll not fail again.

I'd call your credit card company before I'd call BioWare.

I'd actually do it right now, and ask them to check for any other transactions. If the existing transactions do not exactly match your experience purchasing packs, have them put a temporary hold on the card and monitor for attempts to use it over the next few days.

you'll have an invoice somewhere. What is on the invoice will dictate whether u run to the cc company or bioware. If the invoice mismatch the delivered goods, you'll send proof of both invoice of delivery note to credit card company for reversal. You 'll probably have difficulty to proof that a microtransaction (rp) were not delivered/consumed. In which case the cc company should simply raise their shoulders whilst smiling empathetically at you.

Why , I would imagine some player here could gladly take your psn for 100€ and play some 4m credits on it for you for that 160€ u might still spend.

CC didn't help, need to contact Bioware... Anyone knows how?

I wouldn't pass my PSN anyway and I'm not close to spend EUR 100. This would be BRL 450 (my currency) and I intended to spend at most 60 (EUR 15).

I had a similar thing a long, long time ago. I bought a Reserves Pack but disconnected before it opened.  I couldn't prove categorically that I hadn't received it - because without screencaps of all your consumables you literally can't prove you haven't received a pack, but it was in my very early days and I was certain, so I stuck to my guns.  Everyone will deny responsibility and you won't get your money back, in all probability. You might get a discount code for some dlc, but that's about it. I spent more than 6 months arguing with Sony, EA and Bioware. In fairness to Bioware, they did attempt to give me a code I could redeem, similar to the welcome packs or weekend challenge rewards, but it was incompatible with PSN (Europe, though we could never work out if the location was the issue.) If I was you I'd focus solely on my Credit Card company, putting in a claim for a purchase I didn't receive.

Spending real money in the Store (as I did) in its present form is just about the worst return for an investment it's possible to make in 2016. I'd rather buy shares in MySpace.

Did you try to reconnect immediatly after ? I've had this happening a few times (with game money, but it should be the same) ; when I came back to the menu screen, if I immediatly returned to the multiplayer the game put me directly into the store screen, with the corresponding pack opening by itself. However, in my experience, when one buy a pack in the lobby while the host change, then the money is lost.

Yeah, as I already knew about that tip, and that was part of my case with Bioware, which did garner me some sympathy. Also, I've never actually been in the Store while in someone else's lobby, as I know it can hold up the game.

Micro-transactions are, to paraphrase Bobby Boucher's mother, THE DEVIL!!! No one really knows their rights anymore. In fact, no one knows anything anymore, as we proceed towards our collective Idiocratic future.

Hmm that sucks. So I'm giving up and I'll assume the loss. I just won't do it anymore.

Thanks for sharing the experiences, saved me some time and stress.
