I would like to see a special edition which would have:
Steelbook
Some DLC such as new exclusive armor and weapons, maybe a special skin for the Mako
An artbook - all the art they released on twitter plus ones we haven't seen
A sound track - because omg I love ME music
And maybe a super special edition which has all the above but also comes with a 1/6 statue of the main character or of the main ship
This is something I really disagree with; I shouldn't have to buy the deluxe package to be able to have something like another character. In-game content should be the same across both versions. If they are to add anything in-game it should superfluous or of little consequence like different clothes/armours.

Absolutely, cosmetic extras or art are fine, but actual content should never be gated behind a higher price so only a few can enjoy it. The hullabaloo over the new Deus Ex proves that it would be incredibly unpopular, especially coming from EA.
I want that hoodie so bad too, damn Atlantic ocean getting in the way and hiking up the import prices on it. 
An exclusive deluxe edition only Space Brothel & Bath House DLC.

Soundtrack is a must. Some in-game bonuses would be nice. Rest can be a surprise.

Blizzard does it up right. Every CE they've ever put out is wonderful. I have a bunch of them.
Also, for people asking for day one DLC in general, let alone locked to a CE - are you doing this ironically? Because... ugh. No.
Season Pass for all the future DLC content.
Season pass, outfits for everyone and some guns would be great.
I don't think the season pass would be a great item, unless it was included at a discount price. All these gold editions or ultimate editions of games today include the season pass..but at full price of the season pass(Hello $160 battlefront ultimate edition). If it is included in ME:A, I would say be at least 20% off regular price to give me some more incentive to get that edition of the game.
some things i DONT want
no exclusive story missions. 60 bucks should buy everyone ALL missions.. even the "optional" ones.
no exclusive characters. characters have story and dialogue and thus should be included in the base game.
what i dont have a problem with:
character statues
include the sound track
exclusive music tracks that are alternative mixes of the original
short stories and/or comics
cosmetic skins for items
experience boosts
art books, physical map of the galaxy, etc
USB flash drive
Some nice outfits which really looks cool and badass for once and some dlc and soundtrack.

I maintain that this would be terrible.
Books, DVDs, maps, statues. Physical stuff - that's what they should stick in the CE box. That should be the reward for the folks who care to purchase it. The game should be in the game. If you buy the game, you get the game, and all the stuff in it.
So those who fork out the extra cash for the digital deluxe edition should get... what exactly? Just the season pass? Also, we're talking about the deluxe edition, not the collector's edition.
I want additional armors and casual outfits for the PC and squadmates that aren't just palette swaps.

Proper in-game would be acceptable. More casual & alternate outfits for you and squaddies, and exclusive weapons. For exclusive weapons, a port of good ol classics like the Arc Projector or the Collector Rifle would be awesome enough. Even the Arc Pistol would be nice. None of that stupid mech dog crap. It's utterly useless.
Season pass would be good too, although EA is too cheap to do that. Speaking of which: it's time for the stupid Bioware Points to go, it's a waste of money.
A big part of ME3's problems right after the ending was its day-1-DLC "From Ashes".
I mean, cutting the Prothean from the main game to sell him as DLC with the Collectors edition ... that's really nasty.
Some shiny casual outfits, a N7 batch and the game soundtrack is fine, a season pass for the first couple DLCs, too. But not that s*** again Bioware. Please.
I would also prefer physical things:
- a map, maybe a squad poster on the reverse
- full art book
- full soundtrack
- a nice box
- a symbol from the game as a necklace
- some inconsequential stuff, like outfits
- maybe a season pass, because DLCs here are incredibly expensive compared to the game
