A well made, well painted scale model of the Mako or the tempest. As well as exclusive DLC, that is actually pretty useful and worth whatever price tag it will cost.
What is on your ME: A deluxe edition wish list?

So those who fork out the extra cash for the digital deluxe edition should get... what exactly? Just the season pass? Also, we're talking about the deluxe edition, not the collector's edition.
I guess I question the need for such a thing, although I obviously understand why they make them. But otherwise, yeah - a discounted season pass seems like a good thing to throw in there. As well as digital versions of whatever swag might come with the physical CE, like a PDF art book, soundtrack download, etc. Priced accordingly I guess, since you wouldn't be getting the hard copies, but DDs have always been cheaper than physical CEs I think, at least as long as they've been a thing.

Yes to the first one, no no no to the second.
Why not just make game content available to anyone who bought the game? Locking something really good to a single edition of the game will just annoy people. Either it'll annoy the people who didn't go for the CE for whatever reason, or it'll annoy the people who bought the CE if and when they offer it for sale separately later.

In-game extras that are available as an upgrade via Origin, ie weapons or armour that don't give too big a bonus, a digital comic/ novel to help set up the universe more, digital soundtrack, artbook - basically just give me what 3 had (minus Javik) but for Andromeda and I'll be a happy lassie.

Some different, but ultimately inconsequential, weapons and armours for use in-game. Stuff like the N7 weapons and Defender armour was great for the ME3 edition because they were badass to use without being overpowered. What I don't want to see is retailer-specific bonuses, because I remember with soreness the GAME debacle in the UK last time around. Someone always loses out.

You can extrapolate that to edition specific bonuses too - which are a problem if something is restricted to a limited edition CE (less of a problem when limited to a digital deluxe edition, I will grant). I maintain that the sort of extras that come exclusively with a deluxe edition should be outside and on top of the game itself.
Ultimately, I think the best thing would be for such inconsequential items to be released for free to all players, like they did with certain item packs in ME2, or something similar to the "Free DLC" program in The Witcher (which, while it was a masterwork in spin, was still a nice gesture).

The more physical stuff the better; something akin to the DAI collector's edition. I hate these so-called 'premium' editions nowadays that only offer a few bits of DLC that eventually go on sale to everyone. Give me a good reason to put forth that extra $20-$30..
