Many games have color blind options,unfortunately DAI didn't have it.
Current color blind eyeglasses cost 300$-500$.

A reasonable request, and it shouldn't be too late to put something like that in the game. Unfortunately I think the devs barely read this forum anymore(if at all).

 

If you want them to consider this(and I'm sure they would) it's probably best to tweet them or something.

Just different color of various UI elements would suffice.
Other Frostbite games have color blind option.

I don't think it usually involves changing much, mostly just things you'd need to interact with. I've heard that the red/green buttons that you find in lots of games are a prominent issue.

 

I'd say the best solution is not to change the colors of things, but to instead add an additional indicator for aforementioned things besides just color. In the red/green button example, you could overlay the button with a symbol or text indicating it's active/inactive state. This would effectively make the game colorblind friendly without even needing a colorblind mode.
