Here are two builds for you to help you get started.

I find that to be the best archer Artificer build. You need 31 skill points for it which is the maximum skill point for non-Humans, Humans have a total of 32 skill points. The idea is to use Hook and Tackle followed by Leaping Shot. Long Shot is for long distance target (the Trepasser upgrade makes it a useful sniping shot). Stealth and Evade are typical Rogue abilities. Use Spike Trap to knock someone on the arse (a mage is best since a knocked down mage cannot cast spells). Use Elemental Mines for area of effect spam. Lastly, use Fallback Plan with the Trespasser upgrade as an Oh Shite ! & cooldown reset ability.

This is double dagger Artificer build. Use Flank Attack as a gap closer, to get in a flanking position and to stealth. Spinning Blades and Throwing Blades are the key abilities because they are multi-hit abilities and can help you crit often and pro masterworks often. I decided to use Throwing Blades over Hook and Tackle because double dagger Rogues lack a good ranged ability to use against teleporting enemies. As for Evade, use the Trespasser upgrade to turn it into a blink like ability and I primarily use Stealth to shed negative status effects and get in position to strike. The Artificer abilities are used the same way you use it on the archer.
Why no Focus ? Because all the Focus ability except the ones relating to the Anchor are lame. There is no reason to waste an ability point on a Focus ability when you can get them for free. Also you are the Inquisitor, so use the Mark.
Thank you for these two builds that will come in handy i am not so good in making builds so i appreciate the help
One more thing yesterday i have made a new bow but it is still bugged

Could be something up with the game. If you want to, try to Troubleshoot it in Origin via the Repair game feature. Right click the game title and select "Repair Game". Either that or trying using an uncrafted bow / bow from loot or vendor and see if it works or not.
Or switch to using Double Daggers. If you have not unlocked the specializations yet pick Flank Attack, Twin Fangs, Poisoned Weapons, Throwing Blades, Stealth and Evade. For passives, key picks are Dance of Death, Looked Like It Hurt, Easy to Miss and First Blood. Yes you can use Archery passives for Double Daggers and vice versa. Respec once you have unlocked Artificer.

Yes i guess you could be right i am on Xbox one and i have never done that to repair the game like that but i will check it out tonight and yes i can also try that to use an uncrafted bow and see if that changes something
Yeah i have thought of that myself but to be honest i don't like close combat i have a Warrior character but most of the time i was playing with a ranged character like Sera or someone else

You probably don't like close quarters combat because it requires micromanagement but here's the thing - You can recruit 3 Rogues in the game and 2 of them are archers.
Typically, a team usually only needs 1 archer. Yeah, you can have more but the ideal setup for a Rogue protagonist is 1 double dagger rogue, 1 archer 1 rogue, 1 support mage, 1 warrior tank. Yes you could do a 2 archer rogue, 1 warrior tank and 1 support mage tank but that usually means having Vivienne on the team since she is only melee mage follower. & Vivienne does not jive well with Sera.
You already have 2 archers & leaving Cole to the mercy of the AI will result in him dying very frequently. Additionally, a player controlled double dagger Rogue has the potential to be the highest damage per second character in the game. The important thing with double dagger Rogue is to use the pause function frequently and have high situational awareness. If an enemy is telegraphing an area of effect attack, Evade out of the way. Telegraphing is using a set of animations to indicate their next move. If you pay attention, all the enemies telegraph before unleashing their two handed whirlwind attack or area of affect banshee scream.
