Hi! I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, but why is there no tile for letting Harmond go? If it's supposed to be lumped in with "didn't encounter Harmond", I find it slightly odd... it suggests you never received the quest at all or chose not to go through with it :|

No, the only options available are:

 

- Didn't encounter Harmond

- Sera killed Harmond on her own

- Sera killed Harmond at the Inquisitor's urging

- Harmond alive and made deal with the Inquisitor

- Harmond alive and forced to work for the Inquisition

 

Nothing for just letting him go.

I'd put the "made a deal with Harmond" in the Keep, but you're right, there should be an option for that.
