Can I "redrop" an unique gear? I suppose I can't have more than one of the same unique item. But if I sell it, for example, can I redrop by killing the same enemy? What about Uniques found in chest? (I don't even know if i can found it in chests).

Some unique items are available more than once (most accessories have more than one location, some weapons and armors you can buy or find in different places). Uniques don't drop only from mobs, there are plenty that are tied to chest or certain location. They'll not respawn, even if you sell it. The only way I know of getting more than one of those "one-per-game" uniques is using storage chest dupe/cheat.

Even Uniques dropped from certain enemy will not redrop if i sell the gear and kill the enemy again?

Unique items only drop from enemies that can also be called "unique". They'll not respawn once killed, so no way to get item again.

Keep your unique accessories, sell the other unique gear, since you can almost always craft better weapons and armor yourself. There are some exceptions, such as the Bane of Red Crossing bow, if you get it at just the right XP level. Another exception is novelty weapons, like The Wedge of Destiny and the Boon of the Spoon. I keep those for lulz.Thanks. So i'll try to keep my uniques.
But for the most part, the unique items can't compete with crafting. Plus, unique weapons and armor have level restrictions that are generally too many levels beyond their usefulness.
"Unique" is probably a bad name anyway. "Placed" would be more accurate, as in, not a random drop. Then people wouldn't think the game imposes some kind of limit on the number of them.
