I am trying to find out why when I put in my Cerberus code on this website it still doesnt see that I have Cerberus activated. I go up top to games>> mass effect 2>> official dlc and it says the Cerberus activation needs to be purchased or redeem a code. I put in my code and it says its already used. Probably because I already used it...

It lets me connect to Cerberus in the game and lets me have zaeed and the gamestop armor and stuff. Does this mean its activated but Bioware is having a problem? I need to know if I have to buy the Cerberus stuff over again or what or where do I go for support on this. I am thinking EA isnt going to be able to help much about this...

Think back, what login/emails did you use? Did you have more then one email for Bioware/EA?

Login to social.bioware.com and check your DLC in the profile.



Profile > Your registered game promotions.

Make sure the DLC are listed there.



If so, Open the game, go to options, Online settings, disable the Auto login

Restart game,

Login with the email the DLCs are listed under.

If you have accidentally used two emails to register codes you will have to consolidate the accounts using EA support.

Hi, I mistakenly created a new account for my Mass Effect 2-Cerberus Network code redeeming.

The main game registration is on this account, along with my DLC's.

May I link the two accounts together?



Main acct: sign on / email

Mistake acct: sign on / email



DoB:

Zip:

CC payment info they want (if applicable)



Wait 24 hrs.

Then check your DLC info on..

http://social.bioware.com/

go to Profile > Your Registered game promotions.

You should see all your DLCs listed / consolidated.

Check the other account, just incase.



Open the game, go to options, turn off the Online Auto login

This will prompt you for the email to login again.

Use the account with all the DLCs on it.

I used the same email for both EA login and Bioware login. I added the code to this account I am on right now and it said it took affect. Now when I go up to games/mass effect 2/official dlc it says I need to activate cerberus.



Under profile/your registered game game promotions it shows the crash site, zaeed, and the terminus stuff. It also logs in to the cerberus network when I load up the game just fine and lets me use zaeed and stuff.



My question is, why wont it let me into the offical DLC area?
