Forgive me thread for I have sinned. I have gif posted and bumped up a thread that should be burning and killed by now but I love it when a really really bad thread just spirals out of control and goes into the massive gif posting/recipe posting mode. I fear I enjoy that far too much and give into the mob mentality much to easily. Just point me in the direction to make amends for it.

My big guilty pleasure when it comes to movies is probably Sucker Punch. I don't think it's a very good film. In fact, it's completely nonsensical. But it's so pretty and the music is so fun.

I think the movie is alot deeper than people give it credit for, but most people just like hating on Zack Snyder. Though Sucker Punch is like my all time favourite movie, so i might defend it abit to much from time to time.

I agree, seeing Brad Pitt's ass was a nice treat, although I generally prefer his leaner, clean-cut Ocean's movie look.

Taken a sudden interest in pole dancing the past month and really would like to take classes for it despite not being able to due to a having a messed up neck and shoulder. Once I get used to working again and if there is a place close enough I do plan on trying it out in secret from the family.
Only really qualifying this under guilty pleasure (or soon to be one) cause of knowing it'd have to be pretty hush hush from most if not all of my family.

Cherry 2000. To expand on my previous post, It's a dystopian future, where you can have robots as spouses/sex bots. Well, this lonely guy has his bot short circuit and wants that particular model. He has to search across the landscape to find his Cherry 2000. Starring Melanie Griffith, which I'm sure she'd like to forget.
Night of the Comet. One night, a comet tail is supposed to come very close to Earth. Naturally most people were outside when this event took place. They were turned to calcium dust, with the rest cannibals/non-supernatural zombies. Except for a total Valley Girl that was saved because she was boning her boyfriend in a basement. Here sister was across town doing the same thing. There is some genuinely creepy parts to it, and I'm a little surprised it hasn't had a remake yet.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Evil cotton candy cocoons. Enough said.
@Huldra Pole dancing sounds like fun. I have all the grace of a drunken rhino, so I wouldn't try it. It sounds like a good way to get some fun exercise though.

OH MY GOD. I loved this movie as a kid. And I JUST WATCHED IT last weekend for the first time in about 15 years. It's soooooo bad and I loved every second of it.

It's been too long since I've seen it, although I still have most of the plot memorized. You don't forget something like that.

Have you ever heard of "Flirty Girl Fitness"? There are these workout videos that basically teach exercise by way of risqué dancing, and I really love it. It's actual perfect for the guilty pleasure thread.
The first is called, "booty beat," and the second is, "the chair dance."
If you get the second you will, in fact, need a good light chair to work with. ![]()
Maker, I love dancing.

Never have heard of that before sounds interesting. Since a lot of workouts I've tried tend to really hurt my neck currently the only thing I have close to working out is badly dancing for a bit when I remember to at night ![]()
If I'm lucky enough to get another room where I can pretty much play anything without being heard I'd love to give that a look.

I love it just for that duel between Hector and Achilles. The fight choreography in that scene was fantastic.
"There are no pacts between lions and men" is also one of my favorite movie lines.
Why'd you have to lose though, Hector? Damn it, Homer...

First comes to mind is that show Pretty Little Liars. Damn, such a burden off my chest to confess this
I normally wouldn't watch something like this, but it was actually pretty cool. And when I say *was* I mean up until the current season, cause they built up all this mystery and intrigue and destroyed it.
Other guilty pleasures.. Hmm, Jrpgs and VNs. I played the most horrid dating sim, called Room Mates. I knew it was bad but for some reason I couldn't stop playing

My obsession with passion fruit flavored anything. I picked up some passion fruit saltwater taffy this week.
I don't even like taffy that much, but this is passion fruit taffy and thus worth it.

I've never actually eaten passion fruit. Which is strange because I've eaten a lot of other weird exotic fruits. Star fruit, dragon fruit, lychee, longan, guava, persimmon, mangosteen. Even durian, which is know is pretty horrifying to a lot of people.
