No. Once the reaper is destroyed, everything about it including its ability to indoctrinate is destroyed

Yes, once the reaper is destroyed, everything about it still indoctrinates.

Trust me...I am an eyeball.

Yes and no. If destroyed conventionally, short of the derelict hulk being thrown into a black hole or a supernova or flung into a neutron star, the dead Reaper will still have some degree of operational processing.

However, when hit by the Destroy wave at the end of Mass Effect 3, the Reaper corpses stop processing anything at all. All the electronics, all the functioning circuitry and processing abilities of the Reapers *stop*.

Conventionally killed/disabled Reapers still indoctrinate. Reapers subjected to the Destroy wave are dead, ead, dead and do not indoctrinate.

Other Reaper tech is also fried by the Destroy wave, and ceases functioning in any way. If Object Rho hadn't been destroyed by the explosion of the Mass Relay in the Bahak system, it would have been destroyed by the Crucible anyway and would no longer be capable of indoctrination.

It's not really stated wether or not that is the case. If one would be pessimistic one could argue that yes they still do and by choosing destroy you just littered a bunh of worlds with mind raping scrap metal that will ultimately cause another apocalypse.

However since the epilogue doesn't hint at anything along those lines, it's safe to assume that the destroy-beam actually renders the Reaper-scrap unable to indoctrinate.
