True in extend. I just live in Finland, North Europe, should be land of blondes, but you just don't really see natural one's around.
Oh, that's new to me.
At least in Russia has pretty blonde people, not as ''blond'' as I thought it was in Northern Europe.

Judging from my own experience, Finland is even more blonde than nothern part of Russia, not to mention it's east and south parts.

f*ck blonde hair, i want more blue hair in ME:A
or some sexy female aliens without hair
also funny that, in bioware´s opinion, threads like this (though there are much worse threads) are of a so much higher value for the forums then numerous threads in the killed offtopic-forum were. bioware, i will never understand you.
Hear, hear!
As for your main point, I need to apologize in advance for this but...it needs to be posted. POTENTIAL POST THAT MAY CAUSE ANGER (the TW term is insipid and too mainstream): no seriously, don't look at this if you have colored hair. I'm not saying there aren't many exceptions to the rule but holy crap the pattern has repeated itself more times than you can imagine.

-snip of terrible Bioware Mistake-
I don't understand Bioware's reasoning for turning her raven-haired. At best, Miranda in final build is just a less obnoxious Ashley and at worst, the biggest offender of boringly duo-chromatic character design I have ever seen. A character shouldn't be made up of just two opposite colors, at least as far as appearances are concerned. The blonde look would have made her stand out more (while concealing her true feminine wiles to boot) and be less derivative. This would have accomplished something magical; a surprise revelation for her character arc (whoa, the "ditzy blonde" is actually a super talented, perfectly genetic warrior goddess!)
Also, holy crap, Miranda's pasty pale complexion doesn't work that well with hair that dark. That clashes up the yin yang. For the love of God Miranda put on some effing blush! (how do I know this much about women's make up, JESUS). As per the norm, they used the worst character concept for the final build. Not even CDPR is immune from that mistake (*cough* Master Crafted Ursine Armor *cough*).
They should have gone with the concept in the upper left hand corner of this picture. That would have been amazing. I would have romanced dat all play-through every play-through. Turning her hair black as night for that reason alone proves Bioware needs to stir fry their preconceived notions about blondes something fierce. I guess you could say they need to check- *gets shot by a sniper from 500 yards away*

This post triggered me more than the actual ME 3 ending. And considering I am still mad about the ME 3 ending, that's saying something.
Let me explain the importance of mathematical physics to you *goes into great detail*

Chronoid, the engine was just not very good at capturing light colored hair. Clearly they don't hate blondes, otherwise they wouldn't have used blonde hair to make Kahlee Saunders stand out as "special." They were just doing their best with what they had.

BW needs to take inspiration from other games' blondies on how to handle 'em, here are a few examples.
Tina Armstrong

Helena Douglas (forgive her transgression of culturally appropriating chinese dress)

Sarah Bryant
