The blonde Miranda mod looks as bad as the blonde Isabela mod. No offense intended to the creators.
There is difference with Isabela mod that completely white-washes her to make her look more "white" and Miranda blonde mod that makes her look more as her VA Yvonne.

Blonde hair color choice was weird in ME.
Even if you went with modding...it still would kinda look off in my opinion:
I tried I swear I did to get more normal blonde color and still am not satisfied, though still better then what vanilla offered that's for sure.
And well everyone in ME3 look way weirder then in ME2 in my opinion.
Among ME females I always found Jack to be most beautiful when it comes to face, Miranda wins body contest and Tali best female in general contest haha
This is my latest blonde femshep I made when I decided to replay ME3 for International Women's Day. (I normally exclusively play as BroShep and needed a push). I might be biased but blondes can look good in Mass Effect.
