One playthrough each. Started multiplayer.

Dozen of me 1 and 2,only twice for me3 which was awesome till the ending. Doing another playthru now after coming back to the forums,made me miss it.

ME 1: 7 playthroughs, one with each of my characters and then 3 playthroughs to get the insanity and ally achievements. My last playthrough was last July playing in again on the Xbox One. 

ME:2: 4 playthroughs, one with each of my characters and then one to run through to get the insanity achievement. 

ME 3: 3 playthroughs, one with each of my characters

I don't get how people have more ME3 playthroughs than ME1 and more ME2 playthroughs than ME3. Am I the only person who plays the trilogy in chronological order?

I can't recall the exact number on each game but I think I've played them around equal amounts of times. And I recently started playing the trilogy again.

Well for me, ME3 is my favorite one in the trilogy thus 16+ playthroughs. Same with ME2 vs ME1.

 ME1 wasn't available for the ps3 until November 2012

I've played ME2 alone at least 30 times. ME1 maybe 5 or so times with 1 super completionist run. ME3... Not sure, but if I had to venture a guess, maybe 15 or so times, just because of the Citadel DLC.

It could be partially because of this, however PS3 fans are a minority of the overarching Mass Effect fan base (primarily Xbox and PC). More than likely, the reason people have not played ME1 nearly as much is due to it being dated and not having aged well compared to ME2 and ME3.

That is my reason. If it was avaialble for the ps3 when I first got my ps3 in 2009, I'm sure I would have more playthroughs,

 

As far as it being dated, why not make a thread about that in the ME1 section asking it that's why people don't play it as much as the other 2?

ME1 only a few times. I disliked how clunky the game was at times I hated the mako ****.
ME2 several times. Don't remember how many, but it has been easily 12+.

ME3 I have like over 20 characters. I guess I really enjoyed ME3 up until the ending. I liked the gameplay of ME3 better.
