If you mean kills, deaths, and stuff like that, I don't think those stats are recorded except by challenges (only kills and revives, but once those challenges are completed, there's no more tracking for that).

 

If you mean your Constitution, Willpower, Cunning, and promotions, you can check that stuff on the character selection screen.

Check how big your bulge is. Sometimes it helps to swing around a big hakkon to get things started though, for an accurate measurement.
