Nintendo NX is coming out this year and it should be power house I think Nintendo has learned there lesson with the wii u.Ea is looking to evaluate any and all opportunities for the NX. if Nintendo is Smart they will bring out a stronger console then the Ps4 one that can run 1080p 60 fps. I would like to see Mass effect andromeda on  the NX.

Nintendo has enough money to keep going another couple decades without making a standout non-handheld console. Let them keep trying to go outside the box.

Well no  The  Japanese console market is  at a low point  for the first time in 24 years so  mobile games are taking off  Id like too see the Nintendo NX  bring it back up.

I just went to my dad's office yesterday. They have a prototype of the NX on display. You aren't going to believe me when I say it's going to blow your minds!!!

virtualboy.jpg

This is just an early concept folks, so don't freak out. I can happily confirm that my dad has confirmed to me that NX will incorporate the Wiimote, the Wii U gamepad, and the 3D virtual boy all into one!!!

This is an early concept of the new Legend of Zelda game for the NX running at a beautiful 60 fps with no dips in performance. This is by far the most ambitious Zelda game to date and Nintendo has decided to go for a more "retro" feel to commemorate Zelda's 30th anniversary.

I've also been told that the NX will, indeed, have the power to render MEA at a beautiful 320x200 resolution with all graphical settings set to "horribly low" and a constant 2 fps. They are hoping to boost its performance to 5 fps by the time the game ships, but no promises.

Nintendo is very optimistic about their new console and couldn't be happier to be back on an even playing field with Microsoft and Sony. I will relay anymore information as it becomes available. I hope you guys enjoy.

Maybe EA would consider a port of the game on the NX, although this will really depend on how it sells. ME3 did get a port on the Wii U. Although we still hardly know anything about the system so who knows.

I know. I was excited to see it myself. Nintendo is really embracing their past with this next console. They are really going to take Microsoft and Sony by surprise. They don't even have the slightest idea of what's coming. VR + motion controls + gamepad? Game over, man. Game over.

Sometimes you have to go backwards... in order to go forward...

VR is the current gimmick of the industry and Nintendo loves its gimmicks. It's possible the NX could actually be a legitimate console and not a gimmick like its two predecessors, but I'm not convinced Nintendo has learned its lesson. I actually hope the NX does rival the hardware of the X1 and PS4 just so Nintendo can regain 3rd party support, but I think Nintendo gave up on competing directly with Microsoft and Sony after the GameCube.

I bought a Wii U last summer for legend Zelda wii U it got pushed back. I felt like Nintendo did a Cash Grab knowing peoples love for Zelda they dangled it in front of our eyes and pulled it Away. lets face facts Nintendo was used to being the Big kid on the play ground and here is there chance to  be that kid again both playstation 4 and xbox one are outdated there underpowered Nintedo should just  straight out blow their  barn doors off. with a superior system. that can do 1080p 60 fps.

Honestly, I think NX would have an advantage over X1 and PS4 even if the hardware was the same. Nintendo has more exclusives than Sony or Mucrosoft that people love. Nintendo just needs a powerful machine to win back 3rd party support. They also need to update their online service. I do feel bad for all the folks who bought a Wii U for Zelda and they aren't getting it. The game could still come to Wii U, but it's definitely an NX title now.

Yep. I remember. I bought TP for the GameCube as I had no desire to own a Wii. I'm just curious how the Wii U and NX version of Zelda will be different. We don't even know if the NX will finally go back to a traditional controller. So many unknowns.

I plan to adopt  a wait in see  approach when the wii came out it was a huge seller I never owned one.but most people felt like the Wii U was a expansion pack like a sega  Cd or a 32 x and the people were not amused. they need to go back to bread and butter a controller  they is also no need for backwards compatibility either. nintendo  needs to distance them selves form the wii u asap as soon as the NX drops.

I agree. I was also disappointed all they've done is release HD upgrades of their older Zelda games on the Wii U. Why would I buy a console to play games I've already beat??? Makes no sense, especially when Nintendo is asking full price for a 10+ year old game!

So much childhood nostalgia is up in this post. I love it.

Even if it does bring flashbacks of that goddamn maze forest in Zelda.

I don't care how good the next Nintendo console is.  If there are games that are coming out for PC/PS4/XB1 that aren't coming out for ANY Nintendo console-- I will not buy.  And even if ME:A launches on Nintendo NX, I will have it on XB1 or PC. So, really to me, this console will be ignored by me.

I want Nintendo to be great again so would be nice to see the NX getting a MEA port. I too feel that the only thing bad about Nintendo consoles is that third-party support. But I think I am too deep with the PS4 that I am not sure it will matter pass Zelda games, they need to put a Pokemon MMO on the NX. The Pokemon game everyone dreams about at night time lol.
