I think it would be good to control your squad a bit in the same why that DA:I did so if you get burst during a boss fight or the game targets you the player. It could help you have one of your squad mate rez.

Never was a staple in the series (was going to be but was cut) so I don't want to see that change. The core elements of Mass Effect should remain pretty much the same.
