No race in Mass Effect forced the Quarians to be trapped in their Envirosuits. Now run along before I breathe germs all over this thread.
You are right, no race did do that. Just their weak immune system and that is why they will still be in suits in MEA. But with ME3 and some of the things that happen there, that might take effect to us being able to see Quarians without suits on special occassions like Quarian LI romance scene lol
