Don't all of the cool kids do it? I thought that was the new hip fad around here? Do the wiggle walkie?
I definitely see where you are coming from. I think BioWare's only concern is to make sure the companions wouldn't overshadow the exploits of the player. I'd be all in favor of companions, male or female, stepping up their game and coming in to save the day from time to time though. It's not fun and isn't very realistic when everybody except for Shepard is helpless and apparently doesn't know how to take their clothes off during sex scenes or while in the shower.
They do!! That's why I asked if you did it as well, cause if you don't... well... then we are done talking!! Yeah....
Yes exactly. They should really work on this. I think you tell your relativeat Bioware that this is our demand and do it ASAP.

This is how I walk. I like to make sure I show all my sides.

I would but unfortunately my uncle was "let go" by BioWare for wiggle walking too much. He has since moved on to the porn industry. Apparently wiggle walking is quite the popular fetish.
Daddy issues
That's actually my friend's response when she visits. "Krogan kill stuff and like it! Okay!"
Sees characters like Miranda: "Ugh, I guess we'll help?"
More Ashley from ME 1 types. I didn't agree with Ash's religion but I liked how she wasn't all "let's all get along" with the aliens. It would be nice to have a companion who realistically sees the situation when dealing with a new sentient life form. I don't want to be surrounded by everyone who just wants to sing Kumbaya with each other.
Small correction. Ashley wasn't religious, she was deist. Maybe with more cultural attachment to a sort of Christianity or western monotheism, but really not following any theology in any overt way except for the belief in a god.

Uhhhhh that is so sexayyyyy ![]()
Dammittttttttttt!!!! What are we gonna do now??!! Is your dad still at EA??
i dont mind bisexual or gay companions.. i DO mind when they are arbitrarily put in the game for social justice reasons.
i would love to see more asian women.. im a sucker for them, and we dont see many asians in bioware games.
i dont mind a couple mandatory plot companions.. but make most of them optional. i think ME1 did a decent job of mixing the two.
i want more kaiden/ashley type choices. do i save ashley, the woman im in love with.. or do i save kaiden who is a good soldier and does a lot for the crew?
either make a COD type shooter.. or make an RPG shooter like ME1.. if you go the RPG route, i want to be able to customize my character stat wise. i want compelling choices - i.e. do i focus on dialogue early or combat? what weapon type do i want? what skill do i want first? etc.. if you go the shooter route... THATS FINE. but advertise that from the beginning.. and make the shooter mechanic fun and challenging.
No: Damsels in distress (like Tali)
Tali's not a damsel in distress,(i.e. knight saving the lady from capture by the dragon/monster with romantic subtext). She's not a captive, and is the initial aggressor who is effectively fighting back in both instances where we assist her. Now, if you're just using it for a colloquialism for someone who needs assistance in escaping from a life threatening situation by the "hero", literally about half the squadmates fit the bill [herself(twice), Liara(closest ME has to the trope as an actual captive who is romanceable by both genders), Garrus(ME2), Jack, Grunt(wasn't "born" yet but the point stands), Thane, Legion and Samara (also a captive, is killed by Illium police if you don't recruit her). Might throw Javik in except we don't know what happens in relation to Cerberus if you don't get him out of the pod.
But yeah, Biower did overuse the "hero rescues NPC" thing, particularly in ME2. It was nice to see Liara actually handle herself at the beginning of Mars from the Cerberus mooks (albeit there were only like 2 of them).
I don't see it happening either. Too many feminists around. They ruin everything.
You're right that Kaidan is very manly, especially compared to DAI Cullen, his movements were so feminine at times that I felt they had taken a female body and placed his head on top of it, like they had been too lazy making a new body for him or something.
Only felt this way during MShep/Kaidan scenes because he usually took FemShep's place in their love scenes
He's still manly the way he is. I like that he like to stare/cup Shepard's breasts and bum.
Will SJWs take my feminist card if they have issues with me liking this...

No. freaking freaking hate this freaking judgmental bloody sexist p... he better show up in future chapters so I could kill him off...
He's all; pretty girls should be nice with other girls. Girls can't do anything dangerous or intelligent without the presence of his manhood. "Oh, you should have mercy for that other girl who want to kill us. Wait, do you have to kill her? Can't you be gentler like a girl should be?" like ffs, dude!! GET OFF MY SHIP!
And I thought Atton was bad.

I will as soon as I get myself back together from muh triggers.
^ Then don't go out of your way. Be creative and make a more original character than one that resembles somethings that's been done to death before.
So... thought about what's left and I think I have a solution for you.

Sounds like you should go play Jade Empire.

What. He is great. Every girl who try to kill my smuggler. "We will bang ok?".

Don't worry feminist's are hypocrite so it's only sexist if man do it. And it's not sexist if you sexually attracted to someone it's normal.

lol
My current F!Smuggler is 100% LS, so I guess that side has been less annoying. He is absolutely hilarious on Alderaan, though.
Stop making a characters sexuality an identification of themselves. I don't care if they like having buttsex or not.
Oh what am I saying, it's 2016, this isn't going to change.

That tends to be a Dragon Age thing rather than a Mass Effect thing though.

Well I hope it stays that way.
Protectron would be a great companion though. He not only protects, but he also serves.
Especially if its name is "Fisto." Then you can have a lover, too.

Oh, god I remember that from Fallout: NV. I recall doing the quest where you had to get him and talking to Fisto. Then I got to curious as to what would happen and saved the game and then well.... ![]()
Well, it's not like we can't have sex with robots in Fallout 4. We can have sex with humans, a corpse, and 2 robots. FHow's that for progressive? Take that Bioware. ![]()

It sounds disgusting to me for a 'romance' to occur between people and machine but I am of the opinion that artificial life forms shouldn't be treated as anything but a tool. I mean next thing ya know, my macro that I use to compile information for fanfiction from online thesauruses will want representation. But sadly you cannot do what any sensible person would do and wipe their memories and do a factory reset and turn them into a sexual gratification device and or meat shield. I mean I don't need some wise cracking hunk of metal, I want a tool if I want a intellectual equal I'd go out and talk to a person.
I think my position is only cemented in the FO world where, these things are definitely not people, and have no real indicators of 'humanity' other then some trans humanism theological tripe that tries to pull on the heart strings. 'I think there for I am?' I think not mr tin can man.
Now polish my boots, cook my meals and prepare the bath.
To be fair though I admit upon occasion perhaps a protocol could be engaged so they could act a specific role for various interactions but other then that...I have little use for them beyond sheer utility. "do you want dinner a bath or me" suits interaction for my sake just fine. Yet I cannot express this opinion, I mean yes I can admit that using human genetic structuring does give semblance of life, but that is not true life. Unnatural life is in my eye a aberration but it can be overlooked if useful.
