I want to ask if it possible to reach to level 60 in one campaign , because I tried by collecting every experience points from every medi gel without using one of them and every item that gives me points and I reached the level 59 to about 90% of the bar at the end of the campaign .
When I begin a new game from the previous save ,once I collect the two medi gel in the beginning of the game when I'm with Anderson ,I reach level 60 before leaving earth .
So is it possible or not ?

Are you starting at level 1? I believe the highest I got was level 56 including all dlc. I might have to do a playthrough to double check that.

 

If you start ME3 with a save import, you will start at whatever level you ended with from ME2. So if you start at level 30, its very easy to get level 60

Yes I'm starting the game from level 1 with no save game from ME2.

With all DLC, you should be able to reach level 60 (in ME3) with a single playthrough. I have seen someone do it.

 

Quick reminder, here is a list of campaign DLC with missions that will grant you XP:

 - From Ashes

 - Omega

 - Leviathan

 - Citadel

 

You have to not use medi-gel (which you said you did not use).

I do have all the DLCs . I played a couble of arsenal arena matches hoping for extra xp but I didn't get any . I'll try the specific challenges you mentioned to make it reach level 60 .

Yeah it is doable, I've done it a few times myself.   I never use MediGel (something I started in ME2 long ago) and always play all the DLC's and side missions/challenges and have finished at level 60 easily, even with a non-import level one character.

Starting out with an imported character, you reach the cap without problems.

 

Personally, I don't see any reason to start a new character. Either through importing from my own playthroughs or through mass effect saves.

I had lost all my ME2 saves when first starting ME3. Played for about 10 hours with a new character until I noticed the game taking the worst outcome for every possible choice in the previous game. That's when I went to Mass Effect saves to remedy the situation.
