Statement that Flemeth gave to Morrigan,i interpreted it as Flemeth being close to the ancient elves nature due to Mythal in her and as such being more powerful into the fade.
Ancient elves gain all their powers in the fade so why Solas did not gained all his powers back when he was physically in the fade?

May be it isn't enough to be in the Fade but you have to be in your bit of the Fade.   Where we encounter Flemeth is her own pocket domain within it so she has greater power there.   Solas just fell into the Nightmare Demon's bit of the Fade so did not get the same benefits as he would if he was in his own realm.    When you ask him about it, he says quite indignantly that he would never have come to that part of the Fade willingly (even if only in his dreams).

Because Mythal was more powerful than Solas, who'd been asleep for millennia.

Well can you blame him? That part of the fade is probably the closest thing to hell that exists in the DA universe. Doesn't make for a great vacation destination in any case with all your worst nightmares coming to live to jump you.
