Did anyone happen to write down the Thomas Hobbes quote from the second chat with Thane in the Normandy? Help appreciated.

When all the world is overcharged with inhabitants, then the last remedy of all is war, which provideth for every man, by victory or death.

I like the fact that Bioware points out this direct critic.
Thane even states that humanity was making the same mistake and only got out because they discovered the technology fast enough... Since that most likely won't happen to us, I guess we really have to work on the issue.

Ya, let me know when you manage to talk sense into other members of our species outside of videogames.

I was wondering... Thane knows Hobbes, Samara knows of human palandins and samurai... sure the human culture had a MASS EFFECT on other alien species!

Hell yes, we don't seem to work outside of fiction, right? |D
But that's what makes videogames so enjoyable, I guess.

Thane was (mostly) written by Chris L'toile, who provides info for the ME wiki. His UN is stormwaltz, and he provides an unofficial (because he left about a quarter of the way through ME2) blog, link is on his ME wiki account.
