For some reason I did 4 playthroughs and never got to see the garrus and tali hookup. I don't know what stops this from happening, neither are the romance for my maleshep and I visit them after each mission/citadel visit. Is there anyone here that has a maleshep save game I could use, just before the hookup happens? I'm trying to create a game movie and I'd really like to incorporate this in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Forgive me, it's been 3 years since I've played ME3. Also, I always romance Garrus as a female Shep. I recall my husband stumbling upon Garrus and Tali in the main battery right before the finale battle. Maybe it IS right before the Illusive Man's base. 

 

I wonder if you have to take Garrus and Tali onto the Geth dreadnaught, because he mentions something about better dextro-amino food since she's aboard, and he mentions Dr. Michel got him turian chocolate, and Tali appears to be jealous.

After completing Chronos, go to deck 3 and head to where Garrus can be found. He and Tali are seen together

I always romance Garrus now because it just makes sense to me, but my first romance ever was with Thane and I saw Garrus and Tali together just before you go to earth. It's sweet but I found the goodbye when you are romancing one of them brings all 3 closer than if you catch them being intimate and congratulate them. Either way though, it always makes me smile!

I forgot there was time to walk the normandy after Chronos. Thanks everyone for helping me avoid to spend a lot of time finding out why this scene didn't trigger before Chronos.

If you walk in the engineering every few missions, you'll overhear them flirting. Which is the cutest thing in the game. Also I like to matchmaking Ken and Gabby together so two birds one stone....
