Scions dont have the 2.5 HS bonus, but the 1.4 like banshees and all other bosses (except the crab). So maybe the "major weakpoint" is a bit too much for bosses.
Not sure how or if the brute armor as any effect, his head is too small for me anyway so i dont really aim on brutes

I think a few sources in BSN suggests to hitting it just below what looks like the lamp/eye. The picture also reflects that. Doesn't it say to shoot them in the middle of their "head"? You should shoot the sacks. The head does nothing, but the author of that image was always convinced it was a weak point, back when extensive tests had not been done yet. There were more than enough evidence already, tho. Anyway, shoot the sacks, never the head.
There might be some more imprecisions, but that's the main one. I'm stuck on mobile these days so I can't really take a look at the pic and judge, it's too small.

Bioware specifically gave you more points than you should have. You must have played with and impressed a developer.

I have a volus with the 6/6/6/6/6 tbh it barely makes a difference because human shields is still not good

I think the only way you would get banned would be if you landed in a lobby with a BioWare employee and somehow made them aware of it. Even then, they'd probably debate whether or not to do anything about it.
