Why not shock colors though? Blue, pink, green, neon colors, multicolored- little excitement for humans also.
I'm surprised we haven't seen this honestly? I mean I color my hair regularly; it hasn't been "normal" in years. And I'm an average person. I live in a small town, pretty conservative, and there are people all over with pink, blue, green, purple hair. Now fast forward a hundred years into the future; I'm sure even more people will regularly color their hair, and hell, how about genetic mutations/manipulations and such? (I'm not a science person; you know what I mean
)
An engineer gal with pink hair or a scrappy thief type guy with blue hair, or bad ass marine with green buzzcut... come on!

you didn't have to mention that you're straight. If I said a man was handsome that wouldn't make me gay. Just sayin. No offense to anyone. Sorry if I'm being too judgemental. I don't mean anything by it.I'm straight but I think she's really beautiful!

It just makes me so angry because I want pastel hair but it's physically impossible.
Like other suggestion said you could try wearing wigs.
Though wigs are expensive, if you are going for right quality.
Other method would be dying your hair to blonde(without bleach). Of course this is going to take time to get wanted results and it will need to be dyed couple of times to get just blonde hair(as long as you don't rush it now, by this I mean dye your hair once a month and not all at once trying to rush results). It is method that my mother pretty much used and her hair was raven black. I would also suggest taking walk to hairdresser to suggest you good conditioners and shampoo for your hair so you don't end up looking like you have straws on your head.

You can't "dye" brown hair to blonde.

You can't "dye" brown hair to blonde.
Like I said, you won't get instant blonde result in here. I'm yet to find person that went from black/brown to blonde after one hair coloring without bleaching their hair that is.
You need to dye it couple of times to get actual blonde hair. My advice would be to go with lightest blonde hair dye you can find(ashen blonde for example) and dye your hair with that one each month with it until you get desired result of having your hair light enough for you to finally go in one of wild hair colors like blue, purple, pink and etc. Like I said, you need to be patient with this method though, since it will take quite some time to get result(depending on how dark your hair is), still it beats destroying your hair with bleach in here.

Nah you need to remove the dark pigments and then you can dye. It's pretty much bleaching - then dyeing. But what do I know? I'm just an old hag of a an Asari Matriarch without any of that fancy monkey pelt stuff.

Oh
, then let's be colorful here. I kinda like in ME3 we had the option of having a multicolored hair. I don`t know if they had it for the maleshepard too, but could be great having that option in Andromeda.

The model above could wear a turtleneck burlap bag and still look gorgeous.
BTW - a dweeb like that guy (above) doesn't deserve a beautiful model on his arm.
What I really like is her hair style and the hair movement. I hope the graphics engine in Andromeda can give us more natural hair styles and movement dynamics (physics?), without requiring a Geforce GTX 980 Ti gc.
I'd also like to see our protagonist character have hair style options for different occasions, such as for casual off-duty hours, and for more formal and party scenes too.
May I also say that I really liked Olivia Wilde's Quorra hair style in Tron: Legacy, and Cortana's. I had my stylist give me a cut of both types and I've really liked it.

I've had a think about the colorful hair/piercings = mental instability thing... and the more I think, the more I think it's true.
Especially with fictional characters.
Haha Harley Quinn is so hot! I'd love to rev up that Harley ![]()
I have some piercings myself and I'm unstable too haha. I think it's less hair and piercings making you unstable and more unstable people being attracted to nice hair colors and piercings x
