Looks extremely awesome if you ask me. The helmet in particular.
Some new (?) images from the protagonist (?).

It's very detailed, but way too busy for my liking. More Halo than Mass Effect IMO.

Figrin D'an and the Modular Nodes will see you in court, BioWare. How dare you rip off their likeness without giving them credit???

Can't help but think that it would look much better without that extra block of armor on the shoulder.

I don't think that's our protagonist. That armor is the armor the guy in the E3 2015 trailer was wearing, and Bioware confirmed he is not the protagonist.

This is the trailer character, not the protagonist. And what does wearing a helmet have to do being able-bodied?

The tweet says that it's the "Pathfinder" model. We don't know if the pathfinder is the protagonist or not. They only said the person in the E3 teaser was not the protagonist. They didn't specify him as the Pathfinder.

I know. However the thread title here is asking if the images are of the protagonist, so I answered by saying I don't think it is because it is identical to a guy we know isn't the protagonist.

Agreed. Many details seem to be there "just because". While it is impressive ZBrush artistry it also feels fairly generic. Not bad just generic. You could swap these models between Gears of War and Halo without noticing much difference. Please try to bring back some ME1 esthetic and sleek designs...

I'm interested in why the N7 is moved to left part of the chest whereas its on the right part of the chest area for Shepard

I like this a lot. It reminds me of the old N7 armor, but this looks much more like a space suit.

It somehow reminds me too much of a Crysis Nanosuit, personally I prefer the more utalitarian armors of the first game.
