5 games to promote is fine(NM OC) Can be 4 with support exp. 8-10min (32min-50min per promote)  

 

Sometimes 3 in Perilous FC with 2 AW 2 Keeper as I've said before. 15min (45min per promote)  

 

..... sometimes 2 in NM depending on setup as someone already said in another post. 17-20min (34min-40min per promote)

 

even solo Perilous FC you can promote in 85min

Shame really but you don't need to play HB.

 

1 Perilous 1 HB depending on your group  (can get anywhere from 12-14 on Perilous FC now....HB will then get you to 20)  But why bother ?

 

Once we got just over 160,000xp on HB FC.  I just don't find it very productive.  I've gone through 4 groups of 'friends' in this game so far

Plus you can also get from 15-20 in one NM FC game.  No incentive to play HB for me except in old areas when you can use it at level 17 to get to 20.

 

Finding 4 highly promoted players, in my time zone/playtime, that I actually care about is impossible now.  Well, there are 2 but one of them insists on playing that bloody castle all the time AND insists on killing the boss last because it's "more exp".  

I would have thought by the time you reach 3100 Prestige you would know that is utter bullshit.  (I hate leaving the boss until last in case you haven't guessed already)

Well why they haven't given us permanent double xp like on 360 and ps3 is strange. Come on Bioware, you didn't fix all the horrible bugs, and you dropped support at the worst time, right after Christmas when a bunch of people got the game. There's still a steady stream of new players (on XB1 at least).
This is the least you can do for your fans, it should take almost no effort to turn on double xp.
Please show us you still care.

Having played this game since day one, I can't tell you how vehemently opposed to the idea of permanent double xp, I am.

Grind it out endlessly, like the rest of us suckers, no easy mode.

But some weren't here for double xp, others had responsibilities in life, and not everyone on was nightmare ready so they could take full advantage. There's a big influx of new players I've encountered that never even got to experience the game when it was supported

The actual glitch lasted a month or so, and wasn't really intended, so I don't see why Bioware would feel even mildly obligated to start that again, particularly since it ended up being maybe the single most divisive event in MP's very sordid history.

The double EXP glitch wasn't a sign that this game was being supported, it was a spotlight on how rotten the core was.

Anyone can get awesome, inflated stats. How you ask?

Drag your decrepit ass through each level a couple thousand times like the rest of us. I guarantee that in 2000 or so hours, you too will be a bad ass. Maybe even have a full inventory of weapons!

Now let's all quit yapping about it and go slog through Tevinter one more time. Last one to the Inquisition Banner has to clean the weapons afterwards!

Small correction.

I did this last night with #1 and #8 on the leaderboard.

14min per game. 1st game 1-16. 2nd game 16-20.

Just shy of 29min for a single promote. Frightening.

No wonder I am being left further and further behind by the guys that are still on this 10 hours+ per day.

Like Hang4d Man said, just keep playing and promoting and you will soon be a bad ass.

Remember, there is always someone "better". Some look at me and envy my stats and think my character is powerful BUT I look at the guys above me and envy them when I see how much more powerful they are than me. Some games I'm lucky to get 50-70 kills in a match with 300+ enemies.

900+ Willpower is truly a thing to behold.
