[quote name="Silversmurf" post="20130940" timestamp="1457439841"]Small correction.

Like Hang2d Man said, just keep playing and promoting and you will soon be a bad ass

Hey! When did I get a demotion to "Hang2d Man?"

Bad enough I couldn't get the damn "e" for my gamer tag, but being denied the "3" is too much.

Plus you are negatively impacting my "branding opportunities." I know that both Gillette and Old Spice are looking at sponsorship options amongst high end leader board players, and my name comes up due to my wide appeal to the coveted 18-35 demographic. My agent (me) is waiting by the phone for that call that brings the excitement and energy of "Team Hang3d Man" into perfect synergy with mass marketed men's grooming aids.

Haha I typed it fine. Phone must have changed it like it does most of my other words.....

Think of your demotion as auto correction ;)

Hang2.... "to hang" with the coolest player in the game

Totally against 2xp weekend events. In case you promotion hungry scalawags haven't noticed with each event like these that are announced, the avg player base also drops soon after.

There's enough ways to farm xp for new players and seasoned alike (perilous fc, op barrier mages) without begging for another 2xp event.

They should just add 2-4 different weekend events that rotates. I feel it's stupid if they never have any more of those.

Uh. They did for almost one year. Things end.

Maybe if you promise to pledge a few hundred thousand in platinum purchases, they will assign the necessary personnel to make that happen?

Or make your own weekend challenges! Kill one hundred Red Templars? Time for an ice cream sundae reward! Yay!

At this point you better either really enjoy the game, really enjoy the grind or really enjoy the community, because after that there is exactly zero reason to play, sadly enough.

It isn't going to happen, but any event would be a reason to promote DAIMP.  The double experience, or double gold, events are what made me try out the multiplayer in the first place after buying the game around September last year.  When I was logging on to play campaign, the notice would pop up and made me finally come over and check out multiplayer... and I'm glad I did.

Haha that's how I got started too but it was one of those "Weekend event" thing that kept popping up.   I kept thinking it was a bunch of players melee each others to death or something like that.  I just wanted to come in to have a look... then I got a whole bunch of free chests... and started playing in the proving grounds.   After 10 or 15 times of proving ground.. I got tired of the narrator's voice and tried routine... and the rest was history. :P
