When on a kit that can't side dodge in some form, do you ever try to spin hard 90° and stick to cover/run in an attempt to dodge a banshee ball/missile/etc?
That's what cyclonics IV are for

If I can't take cover, I melee to get some DR, or deploy the shield If I'm using the Jugg. If I'm lazy I just take it in the face, most non-dodge kits are tanky enough to survive it.
I came here to ask ..what does esoteric mean?
That's when you watch an Asari pole-dancer, she looks at you in a funny way and you take out the credits and throw them at her and you don't remember anything next morning but you got a big headache.
That Asari rolling reminds me of Wacky Wall Walkers I had as a kid
To be a perfectionist, overscrupulous etc.Great, now I have another question... what does pedantic mean?
Asari is best dodge
.!

I am not sure with that, pardon my un-latinishness, but I believe it has to do with some kind of foot fetish. I've heard there is also a greek interpretation, but we do not go there.
Asari is best dodge.
Fite me nerds.
lolno
she dodged several bullets, in case you were looking elsewhere.
I don't play dodgeless characters often but when I do I am usually well aware that I lack the awesomeness that is dodge. But still sometimes I try to dodge in vain.
Dodge for all characters in ME:A, Come on BioWare.
Also,
Asari is best dodge
On Topic: If I play a dodgeless character I forget it can't dodge, try to dodge anyway and get the warp ball to the face.
This is my preferred strategy as well.

Dat bum bum has no sway over me. Asari biotic dash is stylish and super effective. Plus asari therefore winning.
Nonsense, the effects of bumbum indoctrination are irrepressible, we have clearly just not applied enough yet.

anyway, jiggly quarian dodge dodge is almost as fast, takes no shields, can go in any direction, and can even be used to reload hide if you're gud.
It's so superior that the salarians realized this and decided to steal it just like with our Energy Drain. The geth for all their supposed logical prowess couldn't even come up with a better dodge than the one we programmed them with.
ME:A Elcor dodge!
"With great agility" - Now I'm avoiding damage
This is pretty much a textbook demonstration of Elcor Soldier Dodge Training:
A perfect score is if you manage to take all of them to the face.

I have a billion lewd gifs on the internet that says you're wrong once the first Moderator sees me post it. ![]()
Back on topic, I'd say hugging the nearest wall when brutes charge is not only effective but looks cool. Bonus points for doing a combat cover to cover roll.

Something similar, when on a Paladin doing a forward roll then shieldwhacking a mook off the side of Vancouver should have a [THIS IS SPARTA] icon pop up.

Banshee ball and no walls around = heavy melee = damage reduction = happiness.

Yea, go on loving your inferior Quarian dodge. I'd probably glorify this clumsy display of evasive behaviour, too, if I couldn't use biotics. Your dodges can't even damage enemies - what a joke. It doesn't even work forwards - instead you have that submissive roll as if you tried to beg the enemy to stop shooting at you. Pathetic!
Also, dash uses barriers - that's the thing Quarian will never have, because they suck with using power.
