In terms of alien LI's Drells seem to be considered quite good-looking- probably due to them looking somewhat humanlike unlike Turians and Krogan etc.

I don't see it. Thane was charming I admit but something was still off to me because he wasn't human. I just can't do aliens xD

They do, however compared to female Drells they don't have as many facial nor body features that humans have ^^

Drell's can't take humidity well- reason why Thane was dying- so I doubt they have lot to do with fishes.

Thane had some interesting things to say also...but It was all about the voice for me. He could have been completely non humanoid but as long as he kept that voice it would be all good.

You're right. I think it was his voice which I found charming. I didn't like to romance the aliens in the game but I tried out Thanes romance anyway because I was curious. He had a certain charm.

Don't find them attractive, very cool though. Maybe minus the scaly cleavage bits.

No, you aren't. I never got them being designed as essentially the asari for (hetero) females, either. The fact that the one 'mance we got was pretty squick IMO (what with the mourning over the dead wife being central to it and all) didn't really help either.
Drell aren't a bad concept in genral, tho.....apart from maybe the eidetic memory thing. Seriously, if it's as involuntary for all of them as it seems to be for Thane, I've no idea how they functioned well enough to evolve civilization and even overpopulate their planet. Like, wtf happens when you suddenly get one of those attacks in the middle of the workday flying your drell-airliner, driving your drell-train or operating your drell-smelting furnace?
