The fact that the one 'mance we got was pretty squick IMO
...did you just abbreviate romance into 'mance and make up a word in the same sentence?

...I don't want to live on this planet any more.

Such drama. I don't usually like combination words either, but not enough to give up hope every time I read "ginormous" or "terribad."
I'd like to have a Drell Squadmate.
Preferably a male one.
Our designated combat engineer.
You people are plebiscrubs who don't appreciate good lingrudite speechifyin'.

I did. I'm the personification of all that is unholy and wrong with BSN.
Or I've this thing called a sense of humor, and like referring to the concept of banging a poisonous alien lizard guy with the absurdist, immature derision it is probably deserving of. Whatever works better for you, I guess?
Before I go, I would like to resurrect a personal favourite from that great abyss known as yesteryear:
I like portmanteaus sometimes. Like in the Jabberwocky poem.
Spoiler
...I like that one too.

I can't help but find Drell to be totally superfluous, self obsessed frog people. But most of that is coming from Thane tbh, and I'm not a fan of his. He may have accidently not made it through the suicide mission in my playthroughs.
Repeatedly. ![]()
I can't work up any enthusiasm for them at all. ![]()
It'd be nice to have another drell squadmate, but I'm still hoping for a female Turian and male Quarian.
I wonder what scaly boobs feel like...

Whatever Liara's felt like. Cause she was scaly as **** in ME3.

I hope for this so much.

She looked more bumpy like having goosebumps than scaly.

I beg to differ. She looked like she was going to shed her skin.

Shedding boob skin don't sound very nice.
Drell Biology canon: "Sexual dimorphism among drell appears to be roughly analogous to humans. Females have breast-like protrusions, and their head "frills" are more pronounced than males."
There's some very nice graphic designs; they all have nice design elements. Kudos!

Because.... boobs. Otherwise players wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

I have to stop confusing Thane's dreadful health condition (somewhat like cystic fibrosis), depression, vast regret for his past actions, and worrying so desperately about his son, versus drells who have a better, different life. "The leading cause of death for drell on Kahje is Kepral's Syndrome, caused by cumulative long-term exposure to a humid climate." But that was the typical eventuality for individuals from that planet. Would / could any drell survive the trip to Andromeda? Would they live in an arid or humid section of the ARK? If so, we may be learning more about drell biology, survival strategies, and their adaptiveness to different environments, etc. Hopefully, if for those fans who are interested in their species. The ME wiki article on the drell also states that they "have fit comfortably into galactic civilization." "[t]hose who leave Kahje tend to be adventurers. These solitary drell travelers often seek out new species elsewhere, and in turn adopt that species' culture." Thus, their cultural adaptiveness could mean that other drell personalities may think and act a little bit differently when living in different social settings.
Whether the BW dev team is willing to delve into extended codex canon for the races we already know of, as well as formulate the new backgrounds for the new Andromedan aliens, it will be interesting to see how it will all pan out.
