No, it's 2 separate bugs. The key binding bug on PC results in that all keys resets to default every time you start or join a new game. So if you have different key setting like myself you need to change them in game, then if you play a new game directly after you need to change it again in game.

my condolences. Are the ps3 beyond repair, then ?
No...just got a new pc that can play it...and the ps3 is in my bedroom for netflix...i guess i could still play on it from time to time.

The no ammo pack thing may have been a deliberate nerf. Imagine if you could get an extra 6x his max nades - which is, like, what, 17 or something if you take Nade Cap 5?

It's not, I don't get that bug myself, thermal clips work as they should for me.

There is a fix for it, but it's a bit complicated as you need to edit the game files yourself. I dislike the Merc to much to bother with it myself.

Sorry, that really sucks....
But there is always the human adept, very powerful even with a new manifest and a lot more fun than the Merc!

Yeah, the vanilla classes are quite good even with a new manifest...im just trying to grind out the matches for him...On the bright side, ill get it out of the way early.
The human classes are all pretty damn good to start...I had almost 1500 hours on console, and my favorite classes were the Human Engineer and Adept

they give back only 10 nades max, and I don't get this bug most of the time, so I don't think so.

i had no trouble myself until i changed some keybinding. lke reload cancelling with left shift. Then i had to fix the think, which was rather painfull despite numerous page and video about it, no idea why, and i still dont understand what i did (basically putting all my keys in coalesced), as it doesnt override my new changes in game...

OP,I'd forget about that abomination and just use the human kits to start with.

Only spec into one of his arrows and you can play the kit normally without any keybinding problems. The only thing not working is grabbing enemies over cover but that's not so bad.

I can grab enemies over cover with the Talon no problem, but I use a mouse shoulder button for that.
As for arrows - AP arrows is the only real choice.

Unfortunately not, at least for me - the few games I played him I only put points into AP Arrows skipping the other one completely and I got the KB bug.

Never had any bug with ammo packs not restocking mines, but it does max out at 10.

Edit: IDK about the Ammo pack bug.
As for the Keybinding error:
The easy way to fix this is to change the default key bindings in the coalesced to your actually used keybindings...
That takes around 3 mins or so and works perfectly fine. ![]()
Using only one arrow type or not does not change the problem.
It is caused by a false entry: That the Talon should use a specific key entry set, which does not exist. ![]()
So it goes back to use the default Keybindings. If you alter these, it can default back all day long....
