Who else wants a Bioware MOBA?

We have League of Legends, Smite, DOTA, DOTA2, and Bliizard came out with Heroes of the Storm. I know they are an RPG company but how awesome would it be to have an objective based game with all the characters we already love? Bioware definitely has a diverse enough cast of already great characters. When it comes to the Headliners; Hero of Fereldan, Commander Shepard, The Inquisitor, they could use the Promo video/Trailer defaults. They have as much of an opportunity to have just as many maps/game types as Heroes of the Storm. Plenty of preset abilities to choose from to narrow it down for each player to have different abilities and "Ultimates." Opportunities to release more characters when a new RPG comes out of their doors, and if they wanted a big character pool they have a lot of noteworthy NPCs in their games as well. I feel if they were to think about a MOBA they would have little to no difficulty making it, selling it, and keeping it up to date. Does anyone else feel the same as I do?

Probably not the best choice given recent events.

No, I'm good with Dota 2 and Heroes of the Storm.

I would rather Bioware get their heads out of their bums first.

Even if they started on one, EA would just cancel it at some random point.

At first, I thought it was a bit odd that the thread was in the BSN Help Section. But now I realize that it makes perfect sense. He means a MOBA based on BSN. It's quite brilliant. The coders and testers could run around shooting truth bombs, while the fan units would use aircraft to rain Angry Rhetoric on the enemy. Of course, the angry ME 3 Ending Zerg Rush will be vastly overpowered until they finally nerf it after four years.

This was actually my initial expectation of this thread. Really.

I would rather BioWare get their heads out of the filthy casuals' bums first.

Fixed it for you.

MOBA's seem to often attract a toxic crowd. Now and then I play Smite, but I always avoid conquest. It usually attract the most amount of salty players, though siege can as well (and now and then arena). I don't enjoy matches where someone keeps abusing a particular player or the team, is telling someone how they should play (without being asked or giving friendly advise; just a undertone of "only my way is right"), who ragequits, is making a fuss about kill stealing in a pub team match, etc.

So I am not that big of a fan of MOBA's; the games are good, the communities not so much ;)

Amaterasu is a mana hungry warrior so I usually pick up the mana buff at the start of an Arena match. That way I don't have to go back to the fountain after a few seconds, I can support my team, and get the first blood after their set ups or set them up with her team buffs. I've been told by a group that that makes me selfish and I should always let the mages have it. I don't play with that group anymore. lol

I play casually. I hate when others try to dictate how you should play. Thankfully my friends are like me and play to have fun, not to have the best stats or run specific builds and such.

Weren't they doing a MOBA that got cancelled? Shadow Realm, I think it was.

Probably not a bad idea to cancell it. Last time they tried to ape Blizzard, it didn't go so well.
