Truth be told OP, I don't think there will be a keep for MEA. We knew about the keep for DAI well in advance and I was a closed beta tester for a long time. We have been given no indication at all that there will be a keep, let alone a save import. Many of us also believe the ARK departs the Galaxy before ME3 begins, so it also wouldn't be that beneficial anyway.

Not to mention, I couldn't see BioWare giving PC gamers a feature no one else gets. CDPR did it for TW3, which was nice as console gamers didn't get a save import, but I don't expect anything for MEA. It would be nice to see my previous experience with the franchise reflected somehow. I think BioWare wants a clean slate to not scare away potential fans.

I am pretty sure BioWare said during the development of Dragon Age: Inquisition they wouldn't add a feature that only one platform could make use of.

... or do we have to start off as a new person and lose all the Money/ that we have Earned (spent?), and all the Good/Bad Decisions that we have made in Mass Effect [Trilogy]?

If BW can pull off that trick, it would go a long way to appeasing the angry masses.  I remember several clearly-stated comments made by BW staff:

1) It would always remain as a finalized trilogy; it would end Shepard's story and that was always the plan.

2) Andromeda is a new franchise, a new intellectual property. So they can start with a clean slate if they want to.

For me, spending ~ 250 credits on the Trilogy and DLCs has not been a waste, even with no Trilogy save-import file. The absolute worst insult that we witnessed is Buzz Aldrin's epilogue voice telling "my sweet"  that he will tell "one more story about The Shepard."  This should have been THE segue way to the new franchise (I.P., actually), as 10's of millions have already stated.  If the ME:A intro is a flop, and other places as well, then I will have wasted $60 credits.

Will we be able to Import ME3 save to ME:A or do we have to start off as a new person an lose all the Money that we have Earned an all the Good/Bad Decisions that we have made in Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 an Mass Effect 3 an I'm really hopeing that we can Import our Save game file in the new Mass Effect: Andromeda aka Mass Effect 4

Dude it's a reboot. Why would we get anything from ME3?

Yeah. The ending to ME3. Did you see the ending to ME3? ME3 has an ending. You should see the ending to ME3.

Then you'll realize your question isn't very relevant.

But hey lets answer it anyway.

No.

Sounds like something Kaiden would say. He's dead now.

It's a good thing the team that made DAI isn't the same team making MEA then? In other words, what you just stated is completely irrelevant as what one studio decides to do doesn't affect what another studio will do. I doubt BioWare would give an extra perk to PC gamers with MEA, but anything is possible. Like I said, CDPR did it. Of course, CDPR was a PC-only developer until they ported TW2 to the X360 a year after its release.

I dont  seee it as nessary. Different galaxy doubt shepard's choices would have much effect in andromeda.

If did get any  will probally be thru  dialouge choices similar to Witcher 3 on consoles.

I don't think that there will be any options for importing a ME1-3 savegame, both because of technical reasons (engine change...the same happened with Dragon Age), and story-wise (it's not like there's much to import).

In any case, there may be something similar to 'Dragon Age Keep', in which the players can configure the state of the universe and the events that happened in the Mass Effect series.
