This same thing happened to me yesterday on White. I think it was a Centurion or an Engineer. I was the Human Sentinel, and I hit him with throw when he came off the top of the ladder and sent him flying down to the lower level where he proceeded to start breakdancing. Two PUGs were down there and they walked up and saw him and stood there watching for about two seconds before ventilating him to end the wave.
