Question for PS3 players – has anyone experienced issues starting a private gold/plat solo match with the Krogan Soldier, Sentinel or Warlord on Dagger?  Every time I try to start a solo with these guys on this map, I get the "You have lost connection to the Mass Effect 3 server" message and booted out to the main menu.  There are no issues with any other characters (haven't tested all) and no issues with any other maps. I asked a couple of friends and one has the same issue while the other does not. Not a big deal at all, just curious.

 

Edit: Updated thread title since it seems this can happen with all characters, not just Krogans.

The game is self aware and applies it's own version of genophage on the Krogans.

Teh Krogan have suffered enough. I might understand a no-quads-allowed policy on Jade but Dagger?

That's because krogans only care about Tuchanka, they don't give a **** about other planets.

 

Seriously now, I never had this issue. That would be an extremely weird bug. I think those disconnections with krogans were just coincidences. How many times did you get the problem ?

I completed solo mastery with the Kroguard on Dagger

 

I just find that map easier

 

my third solo was an unintentional London one (The Wave six hack was fun, but actually kinda easy with a Vanguard because they all were getting into the circle)

I've had this issue but it's not confined to krogan, since I basically only play Turians and maybe the very occasional quarian or human on PStriple. I think it's some problem or other with Dagger that is unique to the PStriple.

TTT is a peasant with some Royal Mustard Race blood in her.

I simply can't host dagger (PS3). 90% off the time I disconnect during the loading screen, and the few games I get into DC me within a few waves. Usually the DC is by wave 5, and I think the farthest I've made it is wave 8 before a DC. Been this way since the Retaliation DLC for me.

 

It's the only map I haven't soloed gold on because of it. Just ended up doing two solos on hazard dagger and called it "good enough." I have one friend who also can't host the map because of the same issue. This has happened across multiple characters, and it's the only map to do so multiple times (over multiple years at that).

 

One of the most stable maps for me off host though, which is weird.

I am most definitely pc haxxor race, but I do have a little PS3 manifest

You might be right, thinking back I might have also run across this with a Turian or Batarian.

Same here, I never had issues joining off-host GIPs on Dagger.

I just tried again and I had the same issue using several other characters.  I was able to start a (regular) Dagger private solo match 2 out of 12 attempts but I have no idea why those succeeded and others failed.

 

^ Sidenote: mrkitties420 - did not know you were on BSN. I remember playing a few games with you in the past...gg's. It was fun seeing someone with a seemingly harmless sounding gamerID absolutely destroying the enemy.

Roger crim's like. Pity. It's the only place where it is fairly objective just how good (or in my case - bad) one really measure up. Except for those 6's, glitchers, endless lists.... Ok nvm. Let's leave that at just a pity.

On topic. No, one of my solos was with krogan. Mb it's a problem between ur ps3 and the server.

I was just about to say that Q5 is the only one i know about who had this problem.

You even tried to have someone else host, and drop out before wave 1 started, so you could piggyback in right?

OT: Dagger is a map I regularly use to check builds or husk farm, by playing the first 3 Gold waves without consumables, especially if I've no friends online and pug life is frustrating.  I've never had a problem, ever, despite doing so as a Krogan regularly.
