So, I played the 360 version a long time ago and just recently bought the PSN set with everything in it because I enjoy playing on my PS3 a million times more than on that rackety 360.

So I just started playing the game and unlocked the Overload specialist trophy (use overload 75 times). Now this is supposed to unlock the bonus ability "Electronics" if memory serves. I start a new character and the bonus skill option isn't there.

So is the bonus skill option removed from the PS3 version or am I missing something? Do I need to complete the game at least once before I can get my bonus skills to work? It's been so long I don't remember how this works.

Thanks!

ps. Bioware you really screwed up the decryption mini game on the PS3 version.

I found this: http://steamcommunit...38052597802353/

If this is true then I'm royally screwed and I have to delete everything and play again and make sure to save after obtaining the trophy (I'm quite sure I didn't save). Is there anyone here that has had this issue and can give me an answer.

So the bonus talent check is not based on the trophy at all. Quite ridiculous...

For those running into this problem. The game registers number of uses separately for the achievement/trophy and the actual number saved into your profile which is required for unlocking the bonus talent. If you got the trophy, but not the bonus talent then just keep using the ability and make sure to save the game. Using an ability and reloading a save counts towards the trophy, but not towards the unlock.

That's weird and definitely a change for the PS3 version. I used the reload a save method to unlock all the weapons achievements on the 360 version, which did give me them as a bonus.

Yeah it's weird, but since I got it to work it doesn't bother me. What does bother me is that when using decryption/electronics to unlock a crate or safe or some such you have about 0.5 seconds to press the button or it fails. Makes using decryption and electronics on the PS3 version a headache.
