Okay, going forward you will need to log in with the other account though as this one will be completely removed after the move. The posts and such will transfer over to the other one.

If you start a private message with me and include both of your accounts in the conversation I can merge them.

Sorry in advance if this is already a topic I admit I mostly just skimmed before posting this.

I've noticed I'm not able to post at all in certain sections, such as the Dragon Age Franchise ones, DAI Combat, the DAO Combat or Story sections, and quite a bit of the Mass Effect ones that aren't MEA. I currently don't have any warning points and my email for my account here is different than the one I use on my console if that makes any difference.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I'd really appreciate any help.

EDIT: Oh I'm sorry I just realized as well I do have another account on here with the one that is connected to my console. Sorry I forgot about that in my OP since that's probably pretty important.

To post in those forums you need to have registered one of the games belonging to the respective franchise to your account here. Since you're using a different e-mail, the accounts aren't linked, and BSN doesn't know about the registrations.

Try linking the accounts yourself using EA's account settings (not on this site, but on EA's site.) I believe you should be able to add the e-mail and link the accounts from there.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I couldn't seem to find a way to merge my emails on the EA site.

You will have to contact someone at EA to help you with that. I had to merge my accounts to the same email too. I contacted someone and live chatted with them and gave them all my info when I did it. I don't remember what exactly you have to click to get the help, but it's somewhere there.

Is there a way to talk to them over a chat box? From what I found online I only see a call option and that's not too great for me with my land line out and my cellphone service less than subpar in my living area.

Yes, that's how I was able to communicate with them. From what I remember, I logged in to one of my Origin accounts and somewhere there it gave me the option to contact them via a chat box. It would probably be in a help section area or something like that. It was a while ago I did this so I can't remember where exactly.

Oh thank goodness! I'll be sure to try this out after some much needed sleep. Not enough caffeine in the house to make me hold the conversation needed for that.

I feel quite the blind fool right now been searching around for a text chat option and keep finding myself back at the EA site where they insist I call them. I'm sure I"m missing something quite obvious now.

Do you want to merge your two forum accounts? As in move your posts from this account to your other account?

Or merge your EA accounts?

I want to merge my accounts on this site since the other account has my email that is linked to my console and to my EA account while the email for the account I'm currently using isn't connected to anything other than this site.
