My Shepard is my import from ME2 with a few minor adjustments. (Darker green eyes, hair, and hair color.) When I make a manual save and reload, she shows up as the default femShep which is definitely not what I want. I've been able to go back to the autosave that's just a few minutes prior and she shows up as created, but this has happened twice now and I'm afraid of losing hours of gameplay. What the heck is happening and how can I stop it from happening?

Nevermind. Apparently it only happens when you choose Resume instead of Load Game.
