But then it isn't as funny when the wannabe egdelords cry out how horrified they are at the real thing. They just want their murder fantasy to take out all of their misanthropic nerdrage and aggression with on pixel genocide.
personally, I'd rather have a somewhat serious narrative with choices that though practically or ideologically distinct, amount to more than juvenile "for teh evulzz" or "for gr8 justice" garbage. Real conflicts are composed of people with competing interests, not comic book heroes and villains.
yep, both the Columbine kids actually. They just wanted to be the bad guy.
Would you rather have them do it in real life and then kill themselves? Making a blanket statement about edgelords isn't helping either because I highly doubt that you know the details of everyone who posts here. I'm pretty sure there's more than a few people around here who's served on active duty and have seen their share of unpixelated aggression.
It also seems from your post that you're too tough to find public shootings horrifying. Thing is, its not about being tough though, more like having a bit of empathy. Also strange to see how you made the connection from wanting to play a villain role to that of being an edgelord who wants to be the bad guy and goes on a shooting spree. Like real life, it's more complicated than that and not a play such extremes. I also don't think that's what most of the people here were requesting for anyway.
Lol, look I'm not mad at your post or anything but it did seem like some erratic reasoning which I though I'd point out. Maybe go easy on that tequila eh..
