You don't have to be disgusted by Miranda to be turned off by how demeaning it is to her character. Some guys like smart, strong, independent women and don't need the camera to perform a rectoscopy to appreciate them.

Miranda's outfit is repulsive, and not "every single straight male" finds it appealing, as you claim. Believe it or not, because we're talking about the uniform the character is wearing (and not the character herself), Yvonne Strahovski is irrelevant unless she was involved in designing the catsuit.

On the topic of a season pass, as much as I disagree with them, it's stupid not to have one. We all KNOW that any AAA game these days is GOING to have DLC, and in most cases the DLC is being worked on prior to the game actually releasing. Is this fuckin' retarded? Yep. But we can't change it.

Now, if the season pass for a $60 game sells for $20, that makes the game $80 if you buy both. Don’t get me wrong, $80 is expensive, but it’s not only about the price point. The additional $20 for the season pass is like paying for something before you know what it is with the hope that it will be good. It’s like preordering a game – something I’m not particularly against because it guarantees you a copy and lets you get excited, but it’s still paying for something you know little to nothing about.

 

Its a practice designed to milk as much money as possible from the fanbase.

 

DLC in general is but season passes, market themselves as cheaper then buying individually and thus are the target of scorn more so then paid DLC because if you purchase a season pass you are buying all of the material blind. Of course this is different when the game has been out for three years and you can reasonably guess the product and its DLC's worth but going into a new game?

 

Hell no season passes force you to put up with the damn game if you it turns out to be bad.

Not everyone is a invested PC gamer.

 

I only play a handful of titles on my PC, and the rest are console based and thus reliant on physical disk copies.

Eh, it depends. I buy so few games throughout the year, so if I do preorder, it's probably a game from a developer I trust to provide me what I enjoy, especially if it's part of a franchise I'm heavily invested in. So unless I die or my PS4 explodes and for some reason can't replace it ever, I am guaranteed to have MEA.

Sometimes, hard as it is to believe, PC users prefer physical copies of games too. Sometimes, even in 2016, PC users still have to deal with monthly bandwidth caps. Oh the insanity.
