So, who's going to be getting this?

 

Looking forwards to it myself, as I have been a hug fan of the franchise since Demon's souls came out, there's something quite fun about getting savagely murdered in the game.

Of course I will still be playing DAIMP as well after 12/4 but, it will be less & so to that end I have set myself a target, I hope to finish the extraction challenges for the Archer, Lego & AW by then, not quite sure if I'll manger, but still, it will be a nice little challenge for me.

 

Currently sitting at:

Archer - 197

Lego - 127

AW - 127

 

Focusing on the Archer first as the higher the cunning the more crits & thus quicker completions, my current stats are:

 

Con: 66

Cun: 93

Wil: 69

 

Wish me luck & what are your opinions of Dark Souls 3? Let me know if you're going to get it & invade/slaughter me, or anyone else from here.

Definitely getting it, but I don't know if my ocd will allow me to pull away from my unrelenting pursuit of getting a Crescent. That's when I might finally have release from the beast known as DAIMP

I need the crescent as well.  It's only from chests?   I have all other weapons on the list, i'm pulling 2nd hakkons at this point.  Too bad I can't equip two hakkon daggers.

Not 100% sure how it's going to work for DS3, but, in the previous 2 you had the option to join covenants (I know these are back) & they were all geared towards different gameplay elements & you could progress in them.

For example if you joined the Warrior of Sunlight the focus was on teaming up with someone to help them kill a boss, win & get a medal, get enough to rank up the covenant & you'd get unique & strong gear & spells. Join the Blades of the Darkmoon for example & the focus would be on pvp, kill the host player & obtain a token, get enough &, yeah same thing.

You don't need to be a member of a covenant to engage in co-op or pvp & the whole thing is performed by your own player character, you won't need to make a second, third, fourth etc, unless you want to. Of course the best thing about your character is that, although you'll choose a starter class, there are zero class restrictions.

The downside to this, is that it does make it harder to invade friends, for co-op, I know there was a password system in Bloodborne, think that might be returning, but don't hold me to that & finally, if you're worried about being a low level & getting invaded by a high level player, then don't worry, you can only interact with people of a similar level to you.
