What a villain sue. So glad I stopped watching after season 3.
Yeah, honestly Ramsay veers into villain sue territory on the show, for reasons unknown. Him killing fully armored Ironborn soldiers with daggers while being shirtless looked comically stupid, especially since it came right after an episode where Sandor explained the benefits of armor to Arya. And then Ramsay and his twenty good superninjas sneaking into Stannis Baratheon camp and defeating him with contemptuous ease in battle was just absurd.
...We're really not discussing a Bioware employee leaving anymore, are we? Ah, for Off-Topic to be back again...

So basically, I am of the opinion that so many lead people leaving combined with a lack of updates means that Andromeda is doomed.

I find it funny that the mod would rather us talk about this.... instead of Game of Thrones.
So be it ![]()

Regarding the & Industry part.
I'm 28 and I want to change my career. I know everyone and their cow wants to get into the videogamey industry but is it really a far-fetched idea? What if I bought a C++ textbook and then learned all the API's in the world and and and

Part of the software industry.
-Pick up that book.
-Learn how to write code
-Learn how to write clean, testable and efficient code
-The world is yours at this point. You can learn anything at this point.

Android games do. They use SQLite to store local data. If you are really considering, I would recommend C++

Not that I'd recommend anything to do with MMOs...

All companies unfortunately at some time of another have a mass exit due to something or another. The healthcare company I work for just had an entire department leave and replaced within 6 months. Some people left because of the manager. Some people left because of family things. Some people just wanted to do something different after the same thing for years. Some people left for personal reasons. Some people left because their husbands graduated and got a new job somewhere else and had to move.
David Gaider's latest tweet makes me think that people want to hear that something vicious is happening at Bioware, and it's not. It's just one of these horrible timing, mass exit for different reasons things.

I'm pretty sure you should never mention that you post on BSN in your job interview. That will burn all bridges.

I think the less millennials get into the game industry, the better. It'll show the industry that we would rather have the thing crash again rather than support this massively crooked status quo. Bloody hell, it's so parallel to something that I cannot mention that....I suddenly seem to have forgotten about it.

If you do, go for C++ primer. Avoid the books that teaches C++ as an advanced topic to C. Just know, you've a long hard road ahead of you if you do, also, learn calculus.
Going back to college for a CS degree is always the superior option, but I realise that may not be an option.
